VirWoX is pretty much the only way to buy BTC with Paypal, and the exchange rate and fees are horrendous. I tried it for the lulz and it ended up costing 54 EUR for 2.98 BTC.

Liberty Reserve is a mess, I can't find anything. Apparently that want me to use third parties to transfer my money from Liberty Reserve to something. Since I don't have a bank account and I'm not going to explain how bitcoins work to my mother, who can barely work the digital cable box, I need Paypal.
Is there some sort of alternative to MtGox that's still heavily used and not sketchy?

Yeah I've thought about it for a while and it doesn't seem worth the effort or investment. Borderline zero earnings and mining profitability is dropping exponentially.

How can you not have a bank account?
It's like an unspoken tradition to go to the bank with your kid when they're like 2-3 years old and open them a bank account.

Now that I think about it, I might have one. I just have no access to it haha. I would probably be able to if I had some sort of job, though I'm practically useless for anything that a teenager with no experience would be hired to do.
I may just use it with Bitegg and dump money into Newegg.ca giftcards, unless I have a non-sketchy way of getting that money into Paypal.

Does anyone know why my MSI afterburner settings don't stay? I set my memory clock to 685 mhz (the lowest on the slider) but it still jumps to 1375 mhz whenever my GPU goes on full load. Typically, it's at 150 mhz, so I assume there's some kind of mechanism that lowers the clock automatically when I'm not using the GPU. Does anyone know what would do this and how I can disable it?

and paypal isn't an option on gox, you can use dwolla, but you're going to have to wait for their slow asses to verify everything blah blah

I leave mine on 24/7 what did I come back to find, windows update had reset it at 3am for 'important updates' meaning it'd been sitting there doing nothing all early morning. Make sure yours doesn't do that.
