Yeah because the bubble has been burst for a good couple of weeks now. You guys were late to the party. If that's not a bubble bursting I don't know what is.
It may just be the first bubble, no-one really knows what will happen with the BTC economy on any scale.
So you basically mine for money you get to spend on Wikleaks donations? Or are you guys just mine so that if retailers use bitcoins, you'll be a rich person.
Can the OP add links to the Bitcoin show? It's highly informative (if slightly optimistic) on BTC and every aspect affecting it. View YouTUBE video http://youtube.com/watch?v=_6hvcXswwdY
Something happened! Still kinda boring though.
Come on you can make it to 25.- usd per bitcoin, come on daddy needs some cash for the steam sales.
Well, looks like the BTC died. I mean, look at these prices
Yeah that's it, not letting it fall any further. Gonna sell off all my coins and cash out. Was fun while it lasted.

BTC is kind of like a main character in Blizzard lore. Keeps getting killed and revived constantly.

I set a buy order for TradeHill at the current price its at, but I'm not getting any bitcoins. I am doing something wrong? Their instant buy is disabled, so I figured the same thing would be just to put a buy order at the current price to buy now. [editline]3rd July 2011[/editline] Nevermind, transaction just went through. It takes a bit of time. [editline]3rd July 2011[/editline] Does anyone know how to make the sierrachart display lines? All I have are candlesticks.
No idea, try google? https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Sierra_Chart_MtGox_Bridge
So I set up the two decent GPUs in my house to mine bitcoins. Unfortunately one's a 4870 which hovers around 80MHash/s and one's a GTX570, which considering it's an Nvidia card only gets 110MHash/s. Hopefully I can get at least a little bit of money by doing this. What I really want to know is what we're computing. What is all this computing power being used for? It sure ain't for folding proteins.

I want to start using this, but I don't know how, the OP is a total mess and I don't want to bother reading through 48 pages. I downloaded the program, what do I do now?
Anyone feel like gifting me Terraria for 0.5 BTC?
Alright. Nevermind then. I just bought 3 BTC at $15.31 and am selling them at $15.49. Am I doing it right
are there any fees for trades on tradehill? if not then you're doing it right, you're trading with a method calling scalping.
are there any fees for trades on tradehill? if not then you're doing it right, you're trading with a method calling scalping.
Yes, for buying bitcoins. Are there fees on MtGox?
Alright. Nevermind then. I just bought 3 BTC at $15.31 and am selling them at $15.49. Am I doing it right
As long as you earn a profit in doing so, then yeah - you are.
Yes, for buying bitcoins. Are there fees on MtGox?
what's the fee percentage? there's a 0.30% fee for all trades unless you were a previous member before the gox attack, in which case there are no fees for 2 months
My sell order didn't sell before the prices dropped to $15.11 oh god oh god what do I do [editline]3rd July 2011[/editline] not sure about the fee percentage. I may migrate to mtgox after I sell this though
When do threads close? 2000 posts still? or is it 5k? Still waiting for the BTC to rise again before I sell, got 2 BTC at £8.75 each so waiting until £10+ to sell.
isn't openCL faster than CUDA even on nvidia hardware
Yes because nvidia are being huge faggots who wont release opencl drivers.
