Can anyone tell my why my computer is being desperately slow every so often. I mean seeing that damn circle thing constantly and thing's rarely actually responding. Then when you manage to get something to work, as soon as you click the start button (or anything else for that matter), it just crashes again.

Then other days it's back to it's fast self.

Vista is better than Xp and 7 is supposed to be better than vista.At least thats what I have gathered from FP.
