Apparently there is a way to enable Tegra 3 graphical settings in Dead Trigger on non-Tegra 3 devices.
1. First of all, enable graphics details to high in setup/others.
2. Exit game.
3. Use root explorer like ES File Explorer.
4. Go to /data/data/com.madfingergames.deadtrigger/shared_prefs/ folder.
5. Edit com.madfingergames.deadtrigger.xml file.
6. Change < int name=”UnityGraphicsQuality” value=”1″ /> to < int name=”UnityGraphicsQuality” value=”2″ />
7. Change < int name=”OptionsGraphicDetail” value=”2″ /> to < int name=”OptionsGraphicDetail” value=”3″ />
8. Save it.
9. Modify permissions to remove all write permission on User, Group and Other.
10. Delete com.madfingergames.deadtrigger.xml.bak.
These seem to be Unity values, so perhaps with a little tinkering, any Unity game with Tegra-3-only graphical settings can be made to use them.
Anyone using BT Controller? If so, try this controller I whipped up. It's designed specifically for Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. The main intent was to make the game playable with only your thumbs (rather than those annoying bumpers in the corners). It should work well for games with similar control schemes as well, like Banjo Kazooie.
To use it, simply extract this zip in /btcontroller/

Here's how it looks:

I don't know that that is, but the graphics alone makes me want to choke a bitch.

It's some tower defense game I used to play in middle school that got ported to Android. It's actually pretty fun, and not usually a clusterfuck like I have it there.
Bumpity Bump. Doom 3 is being ported to Android. Currently it has hella-long loading times, but it looks promising.

I bought cut the rope ages ago when it was like 10p or something at christmas
It's brilliant to waste some spare time (I found it useful on a plane journey in particular) but then my touch screen broke so I can't play anything..

I bought it a while ago, it's quite frustrating to play on a ten inch tablet :v: Shame your touch screen broke. How much is it to replace?

It would of been quite a lot because my phone is a flip out phone kind of thing (HTC desire z) and it would of involved taking EVERYTHING apart to replace the digitizer, so I sent it back to HTC under warranty, and hopefully it will come back repaired so I can sell it and get some money towards an S3 for christmas

Something tells me if this thing gets on the xperia play...............
just curious, did anyone get Paper Mario 64 to work properly? I'm using n64oid from the SlideME marketplace, and some levels are damn near unplayable. Lavalava volcano to be specific. Every time I hit one of the power-up to level up one of my companions, it crashes.
But it seems like other people aren't having an issue with it? dunno if I'm doing something wrong or what
You should list SurvivalCraft,it's a Minecraft clone for android, but its far better. It has infinite worlds, nice textures, models instead of sprites, etc. I find it better than normal Minecraft. No but there is a blank item in the game, not sure if it's planned or that's where the buy full game option was

I have a ZTE ZTE 12 Telstra Uno phone, and half of the games here are not supported, so I am looking for a tablet to play games on that I can't on my other phone, mainly emulators for car trips. The limit is 100 dollars and needs to be Australia located since I am Australian. I have been looking on ebay and I found this. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/10-1-Capacitive-Glass-Touch-Screen-Google-Android4-UMPC-MID-WiFi-HDMI-Tablet-PC-/280989875827?pt=AU_Tablets&hash=item416c4d3e73&_uhb=1#ht_10256wt_1163 65 bucks more, but I am not sure if that would work for this stuff.
I just got myself an Xperia S, and whoa. I knew playing Crash Bandicoot on a phone would be amazing but not THIS amazing.
Checking out Survival Craft and the PSP emulator, I'll add them to the OP soon. In addition, I'll be getting my hands on a Gametel controller soon, so I'll let you know how that works out.
As for as Mupen64Plus AE, you cannot properly change the core plugin yet, so until that's fixed, the N64oid plugins will not work.
Let me know how Survivalcraft is compared to Minecraft pocket. I'm debating on buying one or the other, but survivalcraft sounds better
SurvivalCraft really didn't try to distinguish itself from Minecraft what-so-ever. It's a shameless clone. That said, it has many more features, unlimited worlds, and a lot more potential than Minecraft PE. Pretty much the only feature it's missing is Multiplayer, which should be added soon. I'd get it over Minecraft PE. It has a feature to upload your saves to Dropbox as well, which is incredibly useful if you have multiple devices.
The Gametel controller is pretty great. It's a bit short on buttons for N64 games, but they're still playable. The faux joystick is 8 directional, so it's perfectly acceptable as a joystick replacement. It works with any app with customizable controls. It also has an option to change which keycodes the button press sends, which is useful for connecting multiple controllers to one device. However, the clamp just barely fits my HTC One X with a small case. I don't think an S3 or Galaxy Note would fit in it.
As expected, the PSP emulator is only playable with some games at the moment. That should improve in the future, however.
I'll try to get my hands on one of the various Android TV devices and see how they work out as a little game station for Emulators.
Just got GTA Vice City for my nexus 7. it runs sooooo well so far.
Has anybody bought the GameKlip?
I really want it, but shipping to the UK is ridiculous when combined with the price for just a single piece of plastic

Would you really carry a PS3 controller around with you? For that cost I'd just get the Gametel if I were you.

No but my television recently broke so I've taken to playing a lot of emulated games, but like I said I don't want to drop that much money for what it is
Also the gametel doesn't have the same buttons as the PS3 controller
[editline]16th December 2012[/editline]
+ the gametel is £44, whereas the GameKlip is £14

Oh, it's more expensive outside of the U.S. for some reason. Still, I'm not sure if the Game Clip would really be worth it if you're just going to use it at home. It's a fairly decent price though.
I've been hooked on Megatroid lately. It's a really good game in the vein of MegaMan/Metroid (as the name implies). It could be a lot better with some minor adjustments, but it's still worth a play.
Bump bump bump. Running New Super Mario Bros. for DS at an average of 35FPS on NDS4Droid, and Megaman at an average of 40FPS on PPSSPP.

(The sound doesn't work for Megaman, though).
In addition, the Ouya is evidently to have NES, SNES, and N64 emulators included at launch for some reason.
I was browsing for some good RTS's to play on my Tablet but I discovered some thing truly amazing. Winulator!
Plays Starcraft Brood War flawlessly and you can customize the UI with buttons such as Space, Right-click, etc.
