What do you refer to? "Voltage"?
Well yeah, if the voltage was wrong it'd either fry or not boot, so it wouldn't have anything to do with garry's mod
Last year, my friend decided to open up the Google source code(or something like that) in notepad. As he started randomly pounding the keyboard, about 10 younger kids started crowding around him, convinced he was hacking Google. There is also another person who has said so many stupid things over the year that I have a text file full of his points: *What does GPU stand for and what does it do? General Pressurizing Europe/general penis urethra, it fits into the RAM slot and it handles the torque/horsepower/light of a computer. *All macs are very slow *Stupid Dell computers cannot be opened up *Only Alienware computers look cool when opened up *Vista is better than xp because it looks cooler, runs faster and is awesome *VRAM handles the power of the computer *CPU clock speed is mesured in seconds/miliseconds/meters *Square computer cases break easily *Putting gold around a computer case is a good idea, because since gold conducts electricity, it will pump power into the computer, making it run faster
What do you refer to? "Voltage"?
I think he might be referring to the whole "if you have a PSU" part.
[img_thumb] http://filesmelt.com/dl/hahahaohwow.png[/img_thumb] From

if you have a PSU, your video card may not have the voltage it requires

if you have a PSU

if
I don't have a PSU, I power all my components using magic and fairytales
I think he might be referring to the whole "if you have a PSU" part.
Wow, didn't notice that :v:
Don't forget that it needs 1.51 Jiggawatts to run. Do it like me, I have three hundred gnomes in my case thrashing away in hamster wheels, and a cable connected to each and every connector.
http://files.nostalgicnetworks.tv/GModTroubleshootingv1.pdf I love you LinuX, you give me endless entertainment. :D
That's actually pretty good. I'm a little curious about page 14, though.
If you have a PSU, your video card may not have the voltage it needs.
So if I don't have a PSU, will my video card get the voltage it needs? :crossarms:

Amps are a different matter, as you can't stack up potatoes.
Not strictly computer illiteracy but I really sigh hard at some of my facebook friends. I'm Ben Elias if you didn't already know this. This guy is meant to be good with computers, he builds them and has his own youtube channel! INTENTIONALLY BLURRY PICTURES. WHY :emo: Youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/waackomann

Don't forgetyou need 98 tiggerbytes to power up the case
All this talk reminds me of that picture where some FP'er made a computer consisting of renamed parts. I believe the HDD was suddenly called a flux capacitator? Could somebody post that again?
http://files.nostalgicnetworks.tv/GModTroubleshootingv1.pdf I love you LinuX, you give me endless entertainment. :D
Thank you for making me ruin my desk. The sheer amount of stupidity is making my bash my head on my desk so much it's making a hole in it.

All dedicated cameras, even ones that use film, have a timer function.
Enlighten me: Why is he taking a picture off himself in the mirror? With a camera? All dedicated cameras, even ones that use film, have a timer function.
god dammit this
I use Win7 64bit, runs great. Not much of a difference between vista and 7 in terms of gaming though Don't fucking use 32bit, it doesn't even support flash.

Enlighten me: Why is he taking a picture off himself in the mirror? With a camera? All dedicated cameras, even ones that use film, have a timer function.
bcuz liek all teh kewl kids do it!
god dammit this
Even with phones it's not a huge issue. Even my crappy Samsung J700 has a little mirror on the back which you can use to take a picture of yourself with, and even if it didn't it's not hard to line it up. Not that you'd want to take a picture with a phone anyway, owing to their notoriously shitty lenses.
When I get my Nikon SLR I'm going to take as many mirror shots as possible in perfect focus with me crunching up my face and firing the flash gun on full.
Enlighten me: Why is he taking a picture of himself in the mirror? With a camera? All dedicated cameras, even ones that use film, have a timer function.
Because the camera can't hold him in front of the mirror, silly, then he'd just get a picture of his butt.
http://files.nostalgicnetworks.tv/GModTroubleshootingv1.pdf I love you LinuX, you give me endless entertainment. :D
Did he try again after the failure with the "GMod running SLOW? CLICK HERE"-thread? Or did he make it at the same time?
No no, you have to connect it to a potato to get the right voltage. Amps are a different matter, as you can't stack up potatoes.
Good, cause then the stack would overflow :saddowns:
i once head that the only "legal" way to have pornographic images of someone under 18 was for the picture to have been taken by the person themselves using a camera and a mirror. here we see where all these emo fb faggots get the idea to take pictures of themselves in a mirror. underage porn. hah. (i dont know the source of that, i might be wrong, but it was in my head SOMEWHERE and thus i post. maybe i was a pedo in a past life.)
It's a lie. If you are 18 and have pics of a nude person who is 17, taken by them, you are committing an offence
bcuz liek all teh kewl kids do it!
:frogdowns: Seriously. Stop. I should fix that :v: [editline]04:00PM[/editline]
Did he try again after the failure with the "GMod running SLOW? CLICK HERE"-thread? urgh see, he's doing it again it's painful to watch
Anyways, it was my first day at computer class. Guess what they had? Macs. The whole school had macs. Oh GOD. I'll have a pic tommorow. Even the library had macs. The new ones. Bolted into the table because earthquakes are common here and the school doesn't want to be blamed more because they made our whole school district poor due to spending a million on these Macs. [editline]04:04PM[/editline]
urgh see, he's doing it again it's painful to watch
Deal with it or shut up.
