i bet they try to get youtube to ban it
I tried iDoser the other day coupled with meditation, I tried the 'dose' called hand of god and it made me go into sleep paralysis and I got Closed-eye hallucinations and began to feel like I was rising and opened my eyes and it felt like I was in the process of leaving my body but I got shit scared then because nothing like that happened to me before and I 'awoke'.
I-Doser does nothing except make people confuse the terrifying existance that is LSD Dream emulator and some sound pack that makes you feel high.

Speaking of which i just induced another Gray Man hell-ucination for when i inevitably sleep tonight. Good times.

the only thing that did was irritate me
I watched it and sipped my coffee! GASP! IT ADDICTS YOU TO CAFFEINE! SOMEONE HIDE THE CHILDREN! THE HUGE MANATEEEEEEE
So my dad buys a 19" flat panel for his 10 year old Dell that he insists on using (last time we did anything with the hard drives was when XP came out in 2002 to upgrade from Win ME. I think we had to ghost the drive over to a new one once cause it was dying.) It's a zombie frankenstein computer by now (every part has been replaced in it at least once.) He INSISTS... INSISTS on using it still today. All 1.8 GHz, 512 MB of RAM, and God knows how many hard drives. I think 2 internal and then probably 20 externals behind the monitor because of course a flat panel opens that extra space behind it.
So at some point he finds a 22" widescreen for a little over $100. He gets it, I think its nice, but he puts it on the same old Dell. I get the 19" he ran at 1024x768 and I gladly bump up to 1280x1024. He is running the new monitor at its recommended resolution (don't ask me what, I don't know and don't care to wait 10 minutes for the display properties window to open.)
So just last month he buys my mom a new flat panel LED screen to replace the old 17" CRT that should have disappeared with Win ME. Nice screen, but its on a slightly newer Compaq that at least hits the 2 GHz mark with the processor, and its still running the original install with all its bloatware and original hard drive. It can't even run the new monitor at anything close to its recommended resolution (1920x1080), or even a widescreen one for that matter. 1280x1024 looks terrible on a widescreen LED monitor by the way. And it flickers. A lot. We should have replaced both computers a long time ago, but he insists that they're both great and wonderful and everything good, and I'm trying to tell him to at least get a video card for the Compaq so I don't hurt my eyes glancing at the screen.
I built my computer 1 1/2 years ago to get away from using pre-built Dell, HP, or Compaq, and gave both of my parents computers with clean Windows installs and no problems. They still use their old computers anyway and I can't have the 24" screen that's not being used anyway. I guess I use the new TV more anyway (my parent's cant figure out the remote for the system they bought.) :geno:

I have a PC with a P4HT SL8Q9; It's 3.8GHz.
That CPU is one of the fastest in the P4 family in terms of clock speed

Most 22" screens are at 1680x1050

I see, well even if it doesn't cause the effects it claims to, some of the tones they use seem pretty good for meditation.
Well, the digital drugs thing isn't complete BS. Have you ever heard of "Binaural" influence? it's basically the use of low-end audio frequencies separately in each ear to stimulate different reactions from the brain. Some are used to help sleep, some to concentrate and study, others yet used to influence uneasiness. However, I doubt that 'Gate of Hades' heroin addiction audio holds anything worth note. It's just a troll thing to freak people the hell out whilst they're laying there in the position it asks, and it starts making those weird, loud, freaky sounds really loudly in your ears.
I'm sure if you actually lasted through all that with high volume, laying down with your eyes closed, you'd sit up and say "What the fuck was that? God damn, I need some fucking drugs after this"

I haven't really looked into it properly yet although I'm pretty intrigued to now that I've stumbled across this i-Doser thing. I don't really expect it to be drug-like but it seems to work pretty well for meditation and such, might try experimenting with making some of my own binaural beats based on the what I react most to from the 'doses'

Maybe he's from the future and running some awesomely high resolution there.
Ok today my friend said he has never seen a certain movie (while over at my house of course) so I said oh my god, and started up Windows media center to see if it would work with my 1080 MKV of the movie, failed so I strugled with over programs to get it streaming to my xbox (HDTV, Surround sound, you know the works) and after a while of toiling he said "Well maybe it will work better if you used one of those wireless adapters for it" It was using a 1gbit wired connection...
If you were wondering it was running slow and pausing to buffer and shit, I think it's because of my shitty network cable to my PC. it continually drops out but I have no solid proof... I should just replace it anyway no-one will really mind anyway.d

Just be wary of the negative effects that can ensue. Look up some info on the "Lavender Town Tone", related to an alleged binaural experiment in the original japanese releases of Pocket Monsters (Pokemon) Red/Green.

At the end of the new article, they posted this video. They said it was "harder" stuff.

Wow that's an awesome clock. I wish I had a spare faceplate like that, I would turn it into a clock. That's just awesome.
