yeah.. this is because DX 10 has failed to prove its worth over dx9. Well a lot o ppl cant afford to run crysis on vista [Dx 10] cuz they need a nice card to get the experience.

Pixel shading is another big problem. for people who own chipsets. or other low detailed cards. Nowadays games are based on version 3.0 pixel shading, the chips get fried if you try running in normal or high or low detail!
FPS means Frames per second is another way to find out how the benchmarking process is done.. and the comparison btwn 2 new cards thats on the market.
Cooling capacity:GPU's need coolants in order so that the card works on its high detail.

1. Get yourself SW
2. Extract out the contents into a temporary folder
3. Copy d3d8.dll, d3d9.dll and swiftshader.ini from the temporary folder into the folder where the game's executables are located (usually in the installation directory, but if your installation directory is empty, check the subfolders inside; they usually are in the subfolder 'bin')
4. Open up swiftshader.ini with notepad or wordpad, and edit the options as needed. Here is a rundown of what options are there:

Heh, I was fucking around at school having my work done in graphics class I intended to do more testing around with brohoster (Might move my site over there soon, and I might make another site) so I opened up CMD and Pinged brohosters site to see what ping I get, quite reasonable for but when running a few other tests in CMD of course the smartass wannabe knowitall who's a photoshop "god" (That one who puts lens flares on shit) comes up and asked me if I was hacking, I said no and called him an idiot. 'Course he got the teacher on me saying I was hacking some site, Teacher came over being the naive idiot he is kicks me off and gets my user privileged revoked, So me being the asshole I AM I Get the school onto his cracked version of Adobe CS3 that he uses, His photoshop "Teacher" gave it to him and of course after having my suspicions of it when he left his computer for the first time he had it I check all though the files never less find a readme including instructions from CORE (or something) about how to crack the suite. He's parents have been fined for piracy and his "teachers" in court for multiple cases of piracy, Just a lesson that you should NOT fuck with me.
Call me a dick or an ass but that dick had it coming.

Oh I remember something from graphics today. I was casually talking to my friend (who is a bit of an idiot and he also makes up a lot of shit, And I mean a fucking huge lot) I have a few stories from him but I'll just do todays one for now. We were casually talking about shit when he says that one time he had this disc that tells you how to make Trojans and virus's so advanced even "abode" can't detect them. Well me knowing him I asked whats "abode" so I searched it, I suggested adobe even though they don't have any anti-virus. He says yeah might be that, so I goto their site and he points to the Adobe Reader logo and says "I swear to fucking god thats the logo".
On the other hand I found out why his anti-virus wasn't working.
Anyway another idiot story tale. Well back 2 years (I think) he said that he had this laptop super computer that can easily hack anything so he goes and hacks nasa apparently and interfaces with a satellite and uses the satellites movement controls (I have no fucking clue what he meant) and moved it so low into the atmosphere he could see it in the sky (just to let you know they live on a farm and use those satellite wireless dongles to get internet access) so he quickly turned it off and the next time he turned on the laptop there was a message "who is this" so he sold it on ebay... I shit you not thats his story.

Very off topic but at the video 2 pages ago with the guy cleaning the 10 year old dell computer from the chain smokers office. I was suprised that the IDE cable had gone from grey to yellow, and the ports had gone from white to yellow. I know smoking is bad but holy shit if it can dye parts inside a computer. I shouldn't be suprised because it also does that to your teeth, eyes, and nails but damn.
