Here's what I could decipher from what people posted in the comments. He seems to be using slmgr.vbs which is a vbscript that's allows you to manage licenses (built into window). Depending on the version he seems to be putting in some either legit or bogus key that extends the trial.

also just want to say I've been to Warez, Mexico and that place is a complete shithole, drug cartels fucking rule the streets and I'm pretty sure it was there a few weeks or months ago that the federal police got in a few shootouts with the local police because they were bought out by the cartels just don't go there

Not exactly illiteracy, but still poking fun at little idiots who know little about computers. Playing tf2 after a 2-week hiatus, I decided to start with 2fort to get warmed up with easy scores. I quickly noticed a Spy who kept doing the same route over and over, despite the fact I (and others) kept killing him in many ways. The server had sv_alltalk 1, so we could (sadly) hear his annoying prepubescent voice as he was moaning and bitching.
