couple things wrong here.
RAM needs to be in the same colored slots, to make it effectively run in dual channel. the boost is minimum, but could cause issues. the PSU needs to be flipped upside down since the wires are farther than the cable management holes.
and yes, i run my 2 monitors with one on my HDMI from my GPU, and the other runs off DVI from my mobo.
my motherboard has virtu, which is what allows mine to do that.
-snip- misread the manual. I will move the RAM.
As far as the PSU, I meant to have it fan face down for air flow sake, but I don't understand your reason for flipping the PSU. I will probably flip it anyway though just to make sure air is coming in through the power supply.
Well normally you follow the colors. Both should occupy either the black or gray. If it causes issues then you know the cause. I still would flip them into same colored slots, or at least check to see if it's running dual channel. Not to mention you will give them breathing room for heat dissipation.
the cords on the PSU are farther from the cable management holes. effectively making wires block air flow. plus the psu pulls hot air from inside the computer, where as from flipped perspective it will just pull cool air from under your case, and push out back.
the psu intake fan is meant to be on the bottom to take cool air in to cool the psu and exhaust it out of the back
if it eats the air in the case then a) you'll get a negative pressure system sucking dust in b) the psu will choke on the hot air
Both problems have been resolved. RAM slots switched and in dual channel. PSU flipped upside down. I understand what you meant by the cables being further from the cable management slots.

Saw your build and found the combo with that motherboard and now I'm going for it.

try and get the ACX cooling with the EVGA one

It's a good combo. You won't be able to SLI with the power supply though, so if that matters to you then keep that in mind.

I don't plan on getting a second monitor/GPU anytime soon anyways.

it can SLi
it can SLi
It can, but not on anything worth SLI'ing. It only has 2 6+2 pin connectors, and it isn't modular so two 770s won't have enough power connectors.
Did the GS700 come with a power cord, or?

Hey at least you waited to get the 770 because now it will come with Splinter Cell: Blacklist :v:
Fans..pay attention!
For that case it seems like the best solution will be:
Intake fans: Front and side fan
Exhaust fans: Top and rear fan
By this you will get the best temps (read lowest temps)
Also in youre picture i see that you have youre cpu fan on the left side of the cpu cooler! is it sucking air?
It should be on the right side of the cpu cooler pushing air through the cooler and the exhaust fan will get rid of the warm air coming from youre cpu cooler.

This is already the case. I flipped the CPU fan on the heatsink, so while it looks backwards its actually not. The fan is blowing air out the back of the case. I had to do that so the fan wouldn't hit the heat spreaders on the RAM.
