He's being sarcastic. No need to create high tensions in a discussion about consumer products.
I don't see how your post relates to mine, unless I've misunderstood something.
I don't really dislike the products themselves. If people want to use them, fine. There are plenty more expensive luxury products on the market. My biggest problem are the users. It's like they have to constantly keep mentioning that they are using an Apple product.
Like, for example, it seems these people are incapable of simply saying "I'm going to check my email". Instead they say "I'm going to check my email on my Ipad", or "I'll check the map on my iPhone". "I'll play some music on my Macbook".
Nobody cares, and they seem to acknowledge that too, but they seem to take the hints of disrespect as a form of recognition for being different than everyone else, and they feed on that.
Of course not everyone is like this, but this is my personal experience with the Apple users I know.
Apple products are good, but sadly most of them are a little overpriced.
A few Apple products are good, but sadly all of them are overpriced.
ftfy.
All i'm gonna say is that yes Apple computers are overpriced, but everything has an overpriced option.
Cars: You could buy a hot hatchback or you could buy a Ferrari
Clothes: you could buy brand less but you could also buy Ralph Lauren
holidays: You could stay in Europe or you could go to America
Housing:You could buy a small house or you could buy a mansion.
And finally
You could buy a PC with the works or you could buy a Mac.
Not justifying the cost, nothing can, but why do we buy Dolce & Gabanna? Why are Lamborghini still in business? Its because there's that thing, that magic of buying something that is the height of quality, sure the specs in a Mac is nothing special but they put a emphasis on how it all fits together like very few manufactures do, like the equivalent pc may have better specs, but it's easy to take a budget, buy the best you can afford and then shove it in a box but the design that Apple puts in won't look impressive on a tech sheet, but put a Macbook Air next to a ThinkPad and you know the design makes a difference.

Oh lord here we go with the Macbook Air vs Thinkpad debate...
Also...

I think you meant the other way around. America sucks for vacations...

No i just picked ThinkPad because it is another well known make, and i say america because going across the Atlantic isn't cheap. Also i know loads of people who say they wanna go to either New York or Los Angeles.
Without going in on the argument (it's been done a million times already, it's not gonna help on the debate), I'd say Europe is a pretty nice place. Greece is nice, France, Spain and Italy is pretty nice as well. Germany is a nice place, too. I haven't been to England, but supposedly that's a nice place as well. I haven't been to the U.S., either, but from what my friends tell, it's not "better".

No your missing my point, i'm not questioning which continent is better. My point was that you could go for a short and cheapish trip or you could pay overpriced air fares to get to the otherside of the world.
My other main point from this is, is that you would only typically pay for something thats overpriced if your interested in that particular thing , for example travel if your interested in seeing the world then you would pay the extreme price to see it. So when you see a person using a Mac, don't think they have no clue when it comes to computers because they could of bought one with better specs, see it as that they must like computers because they were actually willing to shell that kind of money out, if they really didn't have a clue/interest about computers they would buy the cheapest they could find.
Travel thing:
Most people want to go where their not from, or a place somewhat different. Cyanogen and Deeps are perfect examples.
As for the Dislike bit:
I do think Apple computers are over priced, and that's another thing I forgot to mention in my own dislike post. But I also own one, and I'm positive I'll own others in the future. It's a great operating system for my needs, and the hardware runs perfectly with the OS, unlike my hackintosh.
I believe price factor in marketing makes a product more desirable to some people. Sort of a supply and demand type of thing, where if its out of a persons price range, they might desire it a little bit more. Or psychologically a price=quality type of thing, which isn't always true, but it does usually mean certain parts of that product are going to appeal to people who are willing to pay more.
For instance, I could go to the mom n pop sandwich shop and get a $5 sandwich, it'll fill me up, and will be decent. Or I can go to the more popular $10 shop for something about the same, it might be organic, maybe it'll be a little smaller, and I might need a snack later on.

Oh yeah, and they'll never uses terms like "computer", "PC", etc. And they don't just say "on my Mac" it's "on my Macbook Pro" and all these unnecessary details.
And how they put the Apple logo stickers on their binders, backpacks, cars, bikes, you name it. I saw this guy with 2 Apple stickers and a Steve Jobs sticker (idk how he got that) on the back of his pickup truck.

I'm pretty sure both the Jetta and the Mazda 3 comes with pre-installed Apple stickers, correct me if I'm wrong.

I can understand why people say that and use the stickers, because its cool.
No one would ever use Dell stickers for example, and very few would care (or even know) the Dell CEO if something happened him. Just ain't cool.

Which reminds me how I'm "following" him on Google+, he's actually a really cool guy, he hasn't had any recent updates though.

Apple did a great job of cultivating a cult following. This is only part of it.
Lets watch Apple really being a sucuide cult and the company was formed as a way of gathering followers.

Yeah, that silly voice activation feature really wasn't worth the upgrade.
And the iPill 2G looks identical to the iPill 2, how are people supposed to know I'm better than them now?

Oooh, innovative.
You guys are silly, they actually plan to suffocate their users by having them assimilate into the dress code–increasingly tight shirts.
I guess I'm just arguing with myself, Apple is the fucking best thing out, we have Android for a reason. Android didn't copy Apple, never have they done that. Android isn't even CLOSELY the same to an iPhone.
I know this was posted a while ago but you have to be dense as FUCK to think that they've never copied from eachother.

Just throwing this out there. But buying a more expensive car tends to have benefits, much like buying a mansion compared to a house has benefits.
Buying a Mac has no discernible benefit over a cheaper PC other than the brand name.

Because they are extremely overpriced for what they are. And yes, their targeted audience is a bunch of kids who know nothing about computers or how they operate.
I couldn't help but notice you're also using Internet Explorer. Your opinion is now invalid.
