17134 has been released to insiders, it is being marked as the new release candidate
You can now select a network for which to show the overview of used data A data limit can now be set under Data usage Oh, that sounds pretty alright! Maybe I'll start using my phone as a hotspot more.
Chrome seemed to start out with the best intention of being the fastest browser. Now they seem to care more about what it can do rather than how well it can do it. The only Electron app I use is VS Code, aside from that I prefer to use apps which aren't basically instances of Chrome…
I still don't see it on the VLSC. I was hoping to get an upgrade task sequence done for my company in some downtime i had this month.
as far as I know, a new release date has not been announced. Might be a while, new RTM potential build only hit the fast ring yesturday From there it's Slow > Preview > Targeted
I read that it may be released in May. I already read that it may be called the April 2018 Update as opposed to the Spring Creator's Update (though I highly doubt it), but it would be fun if Version 1803 were called the April 2018 Update and released in May.

this is why previews and insider builds are a thing
Preview/Insider builds are great and all, but the old QA team did a much better job at catching issues before a release build was compiled.
It's also more that some entries in feedback seem ignored thus left unfixed

They should reversion it to 1805 and rename it the May Update. But this being Microsoft it's version 1803 that's called the April Update that released in May. 🙄
They do this with VS Code as well. VS Code is on the March update at the moment, and next month we will get the April update. I assume it's based off the month they worked on it
VS Code has been consistent with that though. However Windows 10 hasn't. Version 1511 was called the November Update and released in November for example.
almost giving up with dates The April 2018 Update will be available as a free download beginning Monday, April 30. https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2018/04/27/make-the-most-of-your-time-with-the-new-windows-10-update/
Testing the new dictation feature you have to use windows key plus H to activate it. This is kind of cool except for the fact that it only works on Microsoft Edge on fire Fox it seems to crash. I have not tried Google Chrome yet

i just got the update, where did all my space go? i have about 4 programs installed excluding games and it takes up about 40GB even after i cleaned up the system files
Can't believe the dark theme is still pitch black
windows.old contains a backup of old windows, if you wanted to revert Remove it, and your fate is sealed
doesnt clean up system files delete that? i choose to remove the old install, since i have so little installed i just reinstalled
It does, it should be marked as previous windows installation I think if you're still facing something odd, check out https://windirstat.net/ to find anything yuge
