I assume it's https://keepass.info/ because it's open source, but why not use lastpass?, the android app is pretty damn good, though I think it still doesn't fully support firefox after the update last year
keepass2android
Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade from my rapidly deteriorating Samsung Galaxy s5.
I'm also looking for something I can maybe shoot movie stuff with. There's just stuff you can do with a phone in terms of movement and placement you can't do with anything else, and I've been storyboarding stuff to take advantage of it. I've been eyeing the LGv30, because the quality I've seen from it is pretty much fucking unmatched, but it also has an issue of the zoom lens randomly fucking shattering if it focuses too fast.
Is that actually more rare than I've been lead to believe? And are there any alternatives that don't slather a horrible sharpen filter over everything?
Firefox for android extension is officially dead afaik, no plans on updating. Lastpass kinda sucks on FF for desktop too.
Because they got bought up by TeamViewer and I didn't trust them anymore. They could change their policies at any moment without notice. It's unlikely to happen but I'd rather use FOSS software for this task. I migrated to Keepass.
Still no Pie update for the Nokia 7+? The fuck is keeping them?
I still don't have Oreo for my Moto Z2 Play
Which modern Snapdragon CPU is essentially the same or better as the 625? the 630 or the 636?
Hey there. Just upgraded from a Moto G2 to a RedMi Note 5 and I'm absolutely loving it, considering how old and damaged the G2 was.
Still, there's somethings I'm not sure about, mostly due to my own incompetence to embrace smartphone technological changes:
It is worth it to register a MI Account to access the features?
What types of apps do you recommend for performance or as a "must-have"?
Can I record video at 720p 60fps?
the 636, and the 660 is currently the best mid range soc imo
710 though
oh yeah, that, forgot devices already launched with it
Xiaomi Mi A1 or the Nokia 6.1?
If you want custom roms its Xiaomi, if you want better quality and stock android u go Nokia.
1.5 hours later, I replaced my Nexus 6P's battery. Fuck you Huawei for using such a ridiculously strong adhesive for the battery, holy shit. The biggest challenge was separating the back panel from the rest of the phone, and getting that battery out.

the Mi A1 has stock android though
Since theyre both stock android I dont quite care abour roms
Looks about right, shame you'll have to throw away that cabinet door with the battery...
Just as I read that it fell off, so I guess not.
Well if you are never planning on rooting I'd say Nokia is a really good bet.
Really happy with my Nexus 6P's battery life now, and I'm having the feeling it's even better than the original battery when I had the phone new exactly two years ago.

Are there any OS's that essentially turn a phone into a Bluetooth trackpad mouse? I've found apps that allow you to but I don't want to use this old little phone for anything else and it's still gonna be running other stuff I don't need in the background
What with Google dropping official support for the Nexus 6P soon, I started looking into the custom ROM scene again. Looks like Paranoid Android damn near died while I was gone. Glad they didn't, though. That was a real thing of beauty.
AOSPA is in a permanent state of "dead until we update once for the current android version btw we're rebooting everything again", I wouldn't really hold my breath for it
Just stick with Lineage
Just snagged a new Pocophone F1 for $240 thanks to the eBay promotion going on today. The seller listed red as $280 and the other colors as $300 so they'd appear first in searches. Red went out of stock, and then back in stock so I got the last one. Never mind, they keep editing it with more red stock
Aren't you in the US? What carrier are you gonna use it on?
None, I have a $15 tracfone for calls and text. I hear T-Mobile works for it though, so I might see if their byop plan works.
Oh, fair enough. Guess that works.
I'm looking for a tablet (in 2018, I know) for casual use and are there any Android tablets worth looking at?
What's THE mid range phone to get right now? Everything is like 800+ bucks, at least here in Canada.
