Unfortunately my phone cannot be user-serviced under any circumstances.
Would a Hakko FX-888D be overkill for a beginner/starter soldering station? If so, what would be a better option?
I thought I was really bad at soldering until I got one of those, a good soldering station makes everything a lot easier.
Always get a good soldering station. It’s just not worth it to start the hobby cheap. Also get a chisel tip for your iron. It makes a lot of tasks so much easier.
I thought my Hakko 888 would be annoying to control, but you don't really change the temp much. It holds temperature great and the unit is really nice to use. Glad I got it.
I reached peak laziness I can't find my camera cable nor my sd card reader, and because I had a PDA cradled in and connected to my PC, I said fuck it and just used it as a slow sd card reader http://i.heykidwannayiff.com/explorer_2018-09-16_14-45-37.png It's so slow aaaa

Classic Shell (or the open source continuation OpenShell) can make Aero Glass work on the taskbar.
has anyone ever gotten f.lux android working? doesnt seem to function on either my galaxy s8 or my sheild tablet
So apparently Windows came pre-installed on my laptop's HDD instead of the SSD. I don't know much, but isn't that kind of stupid?
Yes, that's extremely stupid. I'd change that ASAP.
They're a waste of space
ding dong your opinion is wrong
I mean really you should be reserving all the SSD space you can for bulk media and archival means. That's really what you need the fastest, other things such as operating systems and disk based caching don't tend to benefit from faster storage.
Actually, it seems that I have two Windows folders on separate drives? The HDD has the accounts of my dad and I, both from June 12th, 2018. The SSD only has my dad's account in lowercase, 2014.
who cares, either ways you need to do a fresh format and reinstall windows on a brand new laptop.
I run Windows off a tape drive it only takes the span of a day to boot but that's ok
I run windows off multiple floppy disk drives and have to manually change them kill me
what is this, fuckin amateur hour? thought we were better than that. Me? I just have the entire Windows binary written down in a few stacks of notebooks. Every time I wanna boot Windows I read out of the books and individually magnetize each bit on an exposed drive platter using a very, very fine magnetized needle. Of course, I have to do this in my makeshift clean-room that used to be my closet.
I don't even have a computer, I converted that old leak of the Windows source code to pseudocode, and run it in my head. I'm posting this by whistling into a phone hooked up to a dial-up account.
This feels like reddit
I get a notification ding in Windows https://i.imgur.com/ltNqaJZ.png Thanks for notifying me to uninstall you Spotify, you've always got my back
The amount of ads I get in my purchases operating system is completely ridiculous.
I also like how syncing Nightlight to the sunrise/sunset times requires that you let Microsoft collect your location data How convenient that they've never heard of typing in an address or just estimating based on timezone
@Crest I installed Game Capture 3.2 and the patch like you said but all it shows me is "connect your capture device to get started" Windows 7 Pro 64-bit Ryzen 2700x GTX 980 Ti 32GB RAM
Which motherboard are you using? Does it have two main x16 slots? Try connecting the HD60 Pro to one of the top x16 slots. These are wired directly to the CPU. Is this a new HD60 Pro or a used one?
Brand new, just ordered off amazon a couple days ago. MSI B450m Bazooka, it has 2x PCIe x1 and 1x PCIE x16, and the GPU covers one of the x1's, so the HD60 Pro is in the only usable one. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software with reboots in between. It still only shows up in Device Manager as "Multimedia Controller" with no drivers. Also every time I start Game Capture it gives me this message, even though the update is installed: https://puu.sh/BwGE6/6839287545.png Perhaps a clue?
If it's a new HD60 Pro, it's designed to run on Ryzen but not Windows 7. That's what the patch is for. I haven't seen that popup before. Do you see anything on the passthrough of the card properly?
