Using a cpi divisible by 90 makes a difference to the positive acceleration I doubt that video uses such a setting as it's a logitech mouse and it can only be adjusted in blocks of 50 (iirc), and I'd be interested to know what cpi that xai graph uses
You still can set the DPI to something divisible by 90 like 900, 1800, 2700 etc. So if I use one of those settings, will it track slightly better? I don't notice any acceleration, but if it's there I might as well lessen it.
G-Guy is the only clued person in this thread. EDIT: how ironic; rating me dumb
My G500 has already broke twice. The one I have now is failing at holding right click. :( EDIT: I'll have to note that Logitech is sending me new ones free of charge every time though.
Wait, how?
It's called contacting support.
It's called contacting support.
Last time I did that they sent me 3 due to a shipping error. They let me keep them too.
I would personally go for the Deathadder. I've had it for about 5 years, never failed me. I never liked the g400, or the g500, doesn't feel as agile as the Deathadder. Could just be my personal taste. Also got a broken g400, both left and right click was annoying for me as there's plastic cover around the mice left and right click buttons, which also made them small and annoying, at least for my hands. It's about the same with the g500. However, with the Deathadder the left and right click button are large, well designed and feels really comfortable for my hands, the grip around the mice also feels great.
