I'm on the Illuminated keyboard, it's fantastic. A little wide, but otherwise good to use. It's layout is a bit nonstandard in that the delete button is tall and there's no second Winkey and right click replacement, instead there's an FN key. It also has the single most awesome font to ever be printed on a keyboard. Ever. Be aware the function keys don't illuminate. Or, the icons do but the F# numbers don't. Print screen and pause-break is the same deal. QUICK BRO FOX JUS OVR LAZ DOG You may want to get a Lycosa to fix that, it has a completely standard layout ón top. Though I heard the keys were hard to read and the surface was weird.
Agrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeee. I have one and I wuv it.
I'd say G19. If you don't want to drop that much on a keyboard, get the Saitek Eclipse II.
http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=656433 Thread on the G19
Amen to that, that's why I'm probably not gonna choose the tarantula.
My sister has the Tarantula keyboard and I hate it, it has shiny flat laptop keys that drive me insane. Also that logo in the middle of the plam rest has this weird flickering that reminds me of low hertz CRTs, you may not notice it though, but it gives me a headache if I have to use it. My sister said though on her Macro Recording, are too short (nothing like the G15 since it's all on system), but she uses it for working.
THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPS OVER THE LAZY DOG G15 v1 for the win. (User was permabanned for this post ("Alt of permabanned user." - lazyV))
Amen to that, that's why I'm probably not gonna choose the tarantula.
The tarantula doesn't have backlit keys. Lycosa does, though, and that's what I have.
Saitek Eclipse v1? [editline]09:16PM[/editline] I mean there's nothing better than the G15 other than the G19.
THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPED OVER THE LAZY DOG lol with a shitty labtec keyboard. no background lights >.<
Saitek Eclipse v1? [editline]09:16PM[/editline] I mean there's nothing better than the G15 other than the G19.
Oh really? http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gaming-Keyboards/ROCCAT-Valo/ Soon.

Well I was looking at the keyboard mentioned (http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gaming-Keyboards/ROCCAT-Valo/ and I'm highly considering going w/ it over http://www.btc.com.tw/english/2-7-35keyboard.htm#9051H-GamingKit because it looks quite nice as well as I'm not too much of a fan of logitech due to comftorability issues during long sessions. but I'm not sure how to go about purchasing either the mouse/keyboard (if they ever did release the keybaord) or the other keyboard + mouse package that looked good. Is it just me or are some good competition for razer/logitech for gaming mouse/keybaords Europe exclusives? :( http://www.btc.com.tw/english/2-7-35keyboard.htm#9051H-GamingKit & http://www.aristacomputers.com/Emprex-M873U-Cheetah-2000dpi-Laser-Gaming-Mouse.html but my only question is if the mouse the company produces (if somebody has it/tried it before) is/isn't that annoying (to me, because when gaming I am plagued by annoying sweaty & sticky palm-to-mouse problems argh). For instance like the logitech mouses or the standard dell mouses...that type of plastic. http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gaming-Mice/ROCCAT-Kone/ it claims to be rubberized top but heh, just wondering if someone has tried it before to verify for me? :D
