i always have my temps up and it doesn't go above 50c while playing(nothing does) and it seems just about all of northrend puts me at about 30-50FPS, orgrimmar is at 15-30FPS.
I suppose "barely handling it" was a bit of an exaggeration, but the point being is that I don't think he'll be able to max it out on a 5570.
