Gonna take around 2-3 weeks for the Nighthawk X8 to ship, oh boy
I like the look(and wrist rest) of the K90 better, but don't really care for all those Macros, and the K60 is on sale...

I don't know if you found out or not, but it is going to come with a wrist rest.
[sp]I totally caved and ordered one too. MX Blues with red WASD, Esc and arrows. I'm gonna sell my Das I think.[/sp]

Nice! And yeah I was following the discussion. Really hoping I can get a friend who wants to buy my board so I won't have to deal with shipping it somewhere. Did the Blue version have a white LED base as well?

Yeah. I was kinda glad about it too because I've used a keyboard with blue backlights on it and they are eye searing late at night. I've seen pictures of the backlighting and it looks like it isn't super bright, which is great. I'm looking forward to it but I'm not in a rush.
They may get here around the same time as my new headphones, which would be amazing.
Where can I buy some nice rubberized keycaps, like the ones found on the k60?
I'd like to get some of those and put them on a k95 when that comes out.
Not sure what you mean by rubberized but you can order a whole 104/105 set from WASDKeyboards.
Pretty sure the K95 will have backlighting as well iirc so you need to make sure you're getting I think they're called laser engraved so that the backlight will go through the lettering
Just wondering what benefit that gives? I feel like I'd be annoyed if my keys felt different.
recently bought the logitech g710+ mechanical keyboard.
shit is tight.

only thing i find stupid is that fact that it has 2 USB wires.
The orange around those macro keys is so obnoxious.

Why is that stupid. Doesn't it do USB passthrough. My K90 does that which is convenient.
My Black Widow had an unfortunate accident with a glass of milk, so now I've got a QPAD MK-80 and I have to say it is amazing. Well built, and the full power USB ports on the keyboard are very nice.
K90 came today, best keyboard i've ever used, not as loud as my friend's cherry blue keys, thankfully

Cool looking keys? Nothing. Just makes your board fucking stylin'.
Some people have some pretty amazing looking keyboards after they changed the keys caps. Kinda cool.

I had a cheapo USB keyboard, and it had ports on it, but it had an onboard hub so it only had to use one port.
I guess the reason it has two is that if you wished to use PS/2 for the keyboard then the hub wouldn't work, but then I don't know if the macro keys would work on PS/2 anyway.

it makes those keys easier to locate without looking at the keyboard
duh jesus
Its here!

Man I remember having so many of those back in my old computer class in '98. ><
Welp, don't think I'll be buying a keyboard any time soon, as I owe quite a bit on my taxes. :|

why do you like cherries over alps
complicated alps feel so much more consistent and smoother
why do you like cherries over alps

ALPS are decent no doubt, but they just don't feel as solid.
solid
cherries are anything but solid bro
Yeah, Cherries are bad which is why everyone uses them.
I really wanna order some blank Topre keycaps and pimp my HHKB but they're so fucking expensive. Everything related to Topre is expensive.
Yeah that is what you get when there isn't really enough demand for them.
Also, why are blank Topre keys more expensive than printed ones? That makes no sense.
Because they're a niche product for an even more niche product.
