http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVIkZd_L1dg&playnext=1&videos=CVhZDb4jSM8&feature=mfu_in_order why is op shoving a fan up his butt edit but on topic I don't see how OP could be anything but a troll, this question is ridiculous to start with
You asked for our opinions, but it sounds like you made the decision long before you made this thread.
I dont care if they do, i can remove them. Most the people here who posted are immature. let them get their anger out by being a 12 year old. They couldnt even read my post correctly and leave a mature comment, I specifically said "DONT SAY GET WINDOWS 7" they still did and i asked them to explain, most did not. but who am i kidding? cant get young children like them to listen and behave maturely.
With every word you add to your dumb-shit post, the more immature you seem. Stick with fucking 7, Xp is losing support. And what is with the "everyone is immature 'cept me" attitude? You realize that is a very IMMATURE way to act. Fuck.
The default windows XP ui looks like a children's toybox
And that is why XP is perfect for episode.
It really depends. If you have more than 4 GB of ram total between system RAM and Graphics RAM, stick with Windows 7. Windows XP can't handle more than 4 GB total, including dedicated graphics RAM. If you have the resources, Windows 7 is better, but any less than 2 GB system RAM and you should definitely use Windows XP. Note that most 64-bit programs have a 32-bit counterpart, so you won't be missing much (just a few programing suites from Microsoft and Borland). On one final note, Windows XP is "tried and true" while Windows 7 is still in it's infancy. If you don't want to worry about potential bugs later on, then XP is a better choice. Still, Windows 7 has so far never given me serious problems (unlike Windows Vista). I got a BSOD when resuming after hibernation for the first time, and some older programs don't work, but the former was probably due how new the system was in general and the latter due to requiring obsolete DLLs.
If you have more than 2GB of memory and the other specs aint from 2001, you should go for windows 7. Also, you're the on who's immature.
Exactly, read above. Cry more, your starting to make 4chan look good.
Feel free to leave. I say 7, but you seem pretty set on Xp.
XP is ten years old.
No it's not. It's 9 years, 1 month, 1 week, 4 days old.
Yes we are the children
oh my god i can tell that he is BAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWing about it by now.
I don't get it. Why is he flaming us for saying "Get W7, it's better than XP" when he's asking for our opinion? Even though OP probably won't read this post, I personally prefer Windows 7 these days, atleast the x64 version. Why? I feel that it performs better than Windows XP at the point where it utilize my hardware much better (Most of my HW being x64 anyway). It also looks better and have better support for newer things. Some games or programs even require Vista/Windows 7. [editline]11:32AM[/editline] Don't want to keep Windows 7 anyway? Fine with me.
It also looks better and have better support for newer things. Some games or programs even require Vista/Windows 7.
Aero is amazingly sexy. It's bores me having to look at Xp at school :v:
The more XP grows old, games, programs etc will not be available for it. Stick with 7.
Windows 7. Not because XP is old. Not because 7 is prettier either. Because 7 is a huge improvement in usability. Drag a window to the top to maximize it, shake it to minimize everything else, set up libraries to categorize your files, and get the latest updates for the most actively supported Windows OS. Not to mention the new taskbar that wastes a lot less space. These are things I'd rather not live without. If you have a low-spec machine or a netbook or something, XP is the obvious choice for that.
Windows 7 is the superior choice in every aspect. Better usability, more stability (where you might be forced to restart your computer after a game crash on Windows XP, Windows 7 will almost always be able to restore) and you'll be far more productive.
It lost support... a while ago.
rofl he has a mountain dew t-shirt it's his favorite thing to drink non stop while playing counter strike!! [editline]10:29PM[/editline] fps games - the only real place where he can pwn 12 year olds (too stupid to beat them on internet boards, too weak to beat them in real life :xd:)
Fine. Don't listen and enjoy your lame ten year old OS. I guess it's cool to run an OS made in your birth year.
XP is just as good as 7. [editline]12:20PM[/editline] Also since when is old = worse? it doesn't matter if XP is 10 years old it still performs great.
Get the best version of Windows. Windows Vista!
I love Windows 7. its so much faster and easier to configure. Also, if your computer happens to crash or lock up during a game then 7 will 'resume Windows' if you turn it on before, memory gets cleared. all your applications will still,be running as well as your game. my computer crashed once during onyxia raid on wow and i was able to resume without having to log on or wait very long. it was amazing and the raid hardly noticed.
Get the best version of Windows. Windows Vista!
That'd be ME.
