I am aware of this. On Windows 10 though you can actually have it fade between them without raping them with artifacts.
I made this because I wanted a rotation without jpegs.

Basically everything except the Windows 7 wallpaper changing interface doesn't jpeg them.

The button on the bottom opens a game drawer, the button on the side opens RAM & CPU usage, as well as volume and how much space is taken on your HDD, and ForceKiller is just a shortcut that ends every process that isnt responding.
Just got a moto g2 and love it. R8 my homescreen.

the only thing bad about it is a few icons are in a weird spot
the wallpaper is A+ and everything else is just "i didn't take the time to rice it" (not a bad thing)

Hope this isn't overdone, the things that stick out are the font rendering (:v:) and the notification area icons, because they aren't covered by Classic95 :( Battery power sucks, but then again my battery is dying and is usually plugged in so I don't mind, also it might help if I actually did optimization.
Now to completely emulate the geniune Windows 95 experience with paint!

I can understand wanting the UI function, but I see a lot of people going straight for the UI style? That's what I don't get.

Also I love the old legacy enterprise feel of 95 and that era of windows, it's the whole legacy system thing that gets to me and I got the same feeling using old versions of OSX. No idea why, I just find it awesome.

Also does anyone know what font facepunch uses? I know it uses Tahoma however it doesn't use the same font everywhere.

Yeah, Google seems really keen on stripping out all themeability in chrome for some reason, dunno why. I have to use chrome and firefox interchangeably because firefox video playback support is still complete shit (plex is a good example) but it seems firefox is going the chrome direction (that can be interpreted as a good or bad thing). Both browsers are great, it just seems one excels in one area, the other tries to follow and completely bulldozes a skyscraper in the proccess.
