Hey, I don't really know the best place to put this, but for you BettterDiscord users, you can throw this into your custom CSS box to autohide the left channel bar. Wrote this for a personal theme I was working on:
#app-mount > div > div.app.flex-vertical > div > section > div.guilds-wrapper { width:0; pointer-events:all; transition:width .25s; box-shadow:inset 0px -2px 1px rgba(50, 50, 50, .125), inset 0px -2px 8px rgba(50, 50, 50, .125); } #app-mount > div > div.app.flex-vertical > div > section > div.guilds-wrapper:after { content:''; display:block; position:absolute; top:0; left:0; height:100%; width:16px; z-index:999; } #app-mount > div > div.app.flex-vertical > div > section > div.guilds-wrapper:hover { width:80px; }
It ends up producing this, sans the theme I'm using: [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/965202/ShareX/2016/04/2016-04-24_02-20-10.png[/t] Moving your cursor within 16px of the left will open the channel switcher. I'll update this post with a screenshot of my desktop. [editline]24th April 2016[/editline] So, I'm a very ridiculous person that uses all of their desktop space. I have three real monitors, but that's not enough space for me. I also use three virtual monitors. Because of that I'll use links. First monitor: Chat programs, music, notes, and news Second monitor: Stuff for main tasks, in this case web development and working locally Third monitor: generally used when I need to work in Photoshop simultaneously while doing web design or video editing I'm also using an AHK script so I can just push Win+<num> to jump quickly to whichever monitor, and also WinDivvy for grids. Seriously though, whenever someone looks at my screens they think, "what the fuck", but it's totally a system that I'm remaining very consistent with. If you were to take away my WinDivvy and my virtual desktops away I would be a very sad man.

[thumb]http://i.cubeupload.com/MgA45i.png[/thumb] It's a start. Void Linux and BSPWM are fun. I need to add a bit more to the bar, and mess with some of my programs like weechat and then I'll be pretty comfy. Font is smoothansi from artwiz fonts
