what in the fuck? that's not what rice is. rice is totally unnecessary elements that lack a cohesive design and exist just to seem "cool". a Fallout themed Rainmeter skin is not rice. maybe if there were a bunch of ultra flashy gauges and meters that didn't fit at all with the Fallout theme.
