Just the Microsoft IME that comes with Windows 8.1. Language bar enabled though, so it looks more like the default one in Windows 7. By default in 8.1 (and 10 I think) it is just two buttons next to the clock in the taskbar.

After 1 and a half years, i'm finally back to tripple monitors. Couldn't hook up the third monitor because i didn't have an additional DVI cable, and my gpu doesn't have VGA.
