Corsair 1500 headset? Is it actually any decent I've heard a lot of nasty reviews on it.
Yeah it's called the Corsair Vengeance, and it's surprisingly good. I'm not sure if it's the fact that I updated the drivers on it and whatnot but the surround sound sounds a bit iffy when you're listening to say skype for example, but in games and such it's actually really decent, I can't complain.
Corsair 1500 headset? Is it actually any decent I've heard a lot of nasty reviews on it.
I was using 1500 for a while, until I got my 2000 for about half a year a go. Both are great headsets.

Is there a such thing as a Rainmeter skin that isn't a fucking clock, weather, RAM, recycle bin etc?
[t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64514745/desk2.png/[/t] Changes every 3 minutes, cycling through about 1,500 2560x1440 wallpapers.
What else do you actually need Rainmeter for then?
What else do you actually need Rainmeter for then?
I already have a clock on my taskbar, I don't need to know my RAM on my desktop, and having weather there being useful is subjective.
Is it any different from the 1500 besides being wireless? it looks pretty slick.
The (no idea what it's called) things you have around your ear is a bit smaller on the 2000. If you got big ears, that would probably be a problem. Other than that, I haven't noticed anything. Not sure how accurate this description is for the new vengeance series though.
Is there a such thing as a Rainmeter skin that isn't a fucking clock, weather, RAM, recycle bin etc?
There are actually some really simple yet cool pseudo-shell replacements out there. While, I'd much rather use something like bb or litestep, which are true replacements, you can make some pretty neat stuff in Rainmeter. I haven't used Rainmeter in ages though, so can't vouch for how well it works as alternative to Explorer though.
Is there a such thing as a Rainmeter skin that isn't a fucking clock, weather, RAM, recycle bin etc?
Launchers, note/to-do list style things straight on your desktop, music players (gets current played music from WMP/itunes/whatever), RSS Feeds, system sound changers, etc. There is quite a lot you can do with it. My current setup includes a to-do list and a clock (on my secondary monitor).
two clocks?
The bigger one's easier to see when your desktop is not covered up by programs.

[T]http://i41.tinypic.com/20jmu08.png[/T] I must admit, I kind of like the Windows XP-esque look of things.
