Silly me, I forgot to post it - its a program called GridMove. I'd post it but I'm on my phone at this point.
I have it configured so middle click dragging will put it into the grid.
Ever since I upgraded to Windows 8 I don't use my desktop anymore, pinning shortcut to start menu is more comfortable.

I learned everything I use on CS3 and it's my favorite but it doesn't have all the features of CS6, so when you have 5TB and a license for both, why not? I do actually use both (photoshop and illustrator mostly).
Same goes for Office 2000/2013
I have to use Premiere CS5 sometimes because CS6 doesn't support 32-bit VST plugins any more.

I suggest you go get a Theme and a new Start orb mister. :v:
