Not understanding the funny rating... [editline]4th March 2014[/editline] or you could explain...
4:3
4:3
well that's retarded
well that's retarded
Not really, they're gross looking. No offense intended.
Not really, they're gross looking. No offense intended.
the screen or the desktop?
the screen or the desktop?
Just the 4:3 screen, the desktop is fine, I just hate 4:3 screens (Again no offense)
Not understanding the funny rating... [editline]4th March 2014[/editline] or you could explain...
I found the fact you blatantly hid the Genuine Copy notice pretty funny. also people forget, FPS games are more suited to 4:3 screens, less horizontal eye movement required.
Just the 4:3 screen, the desktop is fine, I just hate 4:3 screens (Again no offense)
There haven't been funnies on all the other 4:3/5:4 desktops posted within the week.
I thought the wallpaper was kind of weird, not the aspect ratio. the color combo seems ehmm, a little weird imo
There haven't been funnies on all the other 4:3/5:4 desktops posted within the week.
I didn't see them, but it wasn't just the screen that made it funny, it was that when I scrolled down the page the picture in the post was rather large and just popped right out and was in your face.
Maybe it's just me, but I think all those desktop icons and taskbar shortcuts may have something to do with it.
Personally I think there's nothing wrong with a 4:3 monitor, as a third that is. [T]http://puu.sh/7k1le.jpg[/T]
Ugh, Windows 8... Way too simple for me, but nice background.
How in the world can you even say that? [editline]5th March 2014[/editline]
Mostly custom taskbar icons fixed
That is really good, I like what you did with that.
also people forget, FPS games are more suited to 4:3 screens, less horizontal eye movement required.
I'm going to need a source on that A widescreen monitor gives your eye more horizontal real estate to see any enemy movement
This is what I am currently working with, nothin' special. It's clean and that's what I like about it. #reppinfp [IMG][/IMG]
It's also a desktop.:v:
I keep a fairly simple and boring desktop. Thing in the corner is AIDA64, I'm using it because it works with my G15 display and I can monitor my temps/loads while gaming. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/bZ2ERJ8.png[/img_thumb] Also yeah, I'm still using a 4:3 monitor, mostly because it still works and I don't really feel like I need a bigger one. I use widescreens at work all the time, but at home I'm happy with my old SyncMaster. Also my desk is 15 years old and I can't actually fit a bigger monitor in it without taking some of it apart.
The icons used to be big as shit so I could see them when I had to use my tv, finally got a monitor though. [t]http://imageshack.com/a/img819/4323/4d8h.png[/t]
[IMG_thumb]http://puu.sh/7kUxm.jpg[/IMG_thumb] Portrait monitors are so fucking useful. Left: Dell 30" - Right: ASUS 22" with almost the same vertical resolution.
[IMG_thumb]http://puu.sh/7kUxm.jpg[/IMG_thumb] Portrait monitors are so fucking useful. Left: Dell 30" - Right: ASUS 22" with almost the same vertical resolution.
I've never really been able to reach the conclusion on my head, why a portrait monitor would be so much more useful compared to a regular monitor (landscape, horizontal, widescreen, whatever)
I'm going to need a source on that A widescreen monitor gives your eye more horizontal real estate to see any enemy movement
To be fair I did kind of state that as a fact, when it isn't something I can prove. You are probably right. [t]http://i.imgur.com/If5Ju7c.jpg[/t]
I've never really been able to reach the conclusion on my head, why a portrait monitor would be so much more useful compared to a regular monitor (landscape, horizontal, widescreen, whatever)
Browsing the web. Most, if not all websites are ore suited for portrait. Probably other reasons I cannot think of right now except general reading. -meeeeeeeerge-
Browsing the web. Most, if not all websites are ore suited for portrait. Probably other reasons I cannot think of right now except general reading. -meeeeeeeerge-
I hear a lot of people use a portrait monitor for coding.
Yo, been working on a new setup~ [t]http://puu.sh/7lgsX.jpg[/t]

Really boring desktop: Background changes from a map filled with random car pictures,GT6 renders,Space Engine screenshots (like this one) and some other wallpaper stuff. Yes I emptied my recycle bin after making this screenshot. Thing in the corner is Rainmeter.
Yo, been working on a new setup~ [t]http://puu.sh/7lgsX.jpg[/t]
I really like your second screen. What's your windows theme?

How do you all get separate backgrounds on your various monitors? I assume not through Windows, because I can't seem to figure it out.
