I'm using the "Links" toolbar specifically. You also need to run the following in an administrative prompt:
[code]ICACLS "YourDrive:\And\Folder\With\Shortcuts\Goes\Here" /Setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)Medium[/code]
Otherwise you'll get security warnings, even if UAC is off.
The search bar on the right is "Address" and will work with URLs, online searches, and local file directories. The default search engine is the one set in IE. I like it, helps save an extra step or two when I've got something else maximized.

Very left (1920x1200) is the Dell U2412M, middle is Mitsubishi RDT197S, and very right is laptop display (max 1920x1080 but changed it to 1366x768 so it stays consistent in how it physically appears with the other monitors, since the laptop display is 15.6-inch).

I couldn't use that background. It's too busy, and some of the text would blend too much with it, imo.
