I made everything dark
No offence but that taskbar looks really out of place since it isn't transparent.
Keep in mind he probably got the monitor bezels on each side of that taskbar

Because apparently wallbase.cc was down... and I simply like abstract arts.

Compared to some monitors the bezels on mine are quite thick as well.

Left monitor is always filled with chats (and is also higher than the other monitors)

Here's mine, the furthest left wallpaper is on my 46" TV; the other two are 23" LG IPS Monitors.
This has been a great setup for working efficiently; especially with photos and what not.

Focus on the space between the cubes and blink, the picture will look as if it's been flipped upside down

Gone for a simple style with this one.

Well, pretty damn simple, actually.

Guess I'm a boring person, I have this Windows install for nearly a year now and I never bothered to set a wallpaper, because I bury it in windows anyway.

I actually kinda like the default Windows 7 desktop background. Looks quite nice and has that 'fresh' aesthetic that somehow has the placebo effect of making your computer feel like it's running better than it is (Weird, I know).
its true tho
At my work, my current position is a software engineer, which means I got to design applications. However, when we debug the applications before release, we had to run them into different virtual/remote machines. I happen to find that changing background on all of those machines much easier to tell whether I'm using the physical machine, virtual machine, remote machine, or virtual and remote machines.
woo databending is fun :v:

Sometimes I just associate it with people who use their desktop to bookmark and save everything and have sluggish machines.

That seems to be every Mac user ever from my experiences. Every time I see a Mac desktop outside a PYD the desktop is cluttered with files.
On Windows I normally keep icons to like my top 10 applications at max.
I possibly have the most interesting desktop of all

Sorry for all the clutter.
Honestly I can't remember the last time I used my desktop for files. Most of the time I don't even see the wallpaper, unless I need to take a screenshot of it

Now I just need to figure out how to get power notifications (when plugging in or removing the power cord) without xfce4-power-manager.
