Turns out you can easily change the TTY colors. All that's left is to get around to changing that font a la setfont(8) and we'll be good to go.
Still using void eh?
How's that going for you?

Same as always. Not exactly different from most other Linuxes. Been striving on a quest for system minimalism and while Plan 9 is kind of close to as little as it needs, but sadly, it is and will always remain a research OS and no one even uses Inferno. Besides that, I'm debating the final switch to either Alpine, CRUX, or just giving up and move on to a better place.

I usually re-arrange my windows to support what I'm doing at the time. I usually use the left monitor for Facepunch or Brackets, the middle monitor for primary tasks like games or whatever the code is for, and the right monitor for all the stuff I don't want cluttering my left two screens. My left monitor is also tilted vertically.
I don't like backgrounds because I don't like having distractions while I'm gaming on my middle screen, and I get too bored with wallpapers. When I'm gaming (like what I'm about to do to finish System Shock 2), I just close out of all my windows.
Why not use small mode for Steam?

I always end up having to switch back into the big mode if I need to look at the community and stuff like that. It's very annoying.
I should look into figuring out how to force absolutely everything Steam does through Chrome.
I am opposite wauterboi

I miss IRC. I wish there was an IRC chat for Facepunch.
I tile my stuff because I used Linux and found out about all of the neat workspace and grid stuff. Then I went back to Windows, thinking "wtf". For the last few months I've been using WinDivvy. There are other window tilers out there that do the job, but this one is pretty nice and allows for more dynamic tiling.

You just click and drag how much of the screen you want it to take up with an assignable hotkey.

What does this fancy ASCII box that everyone has do instead of telling system specs?
What does this fancy ASCII box that everyone has do instead of telling system specs?
Nothing really. It's just a staple of *NIX screenshots for some reason.
I suppose it's useful for people who want to know what font someone is using or something.

Those terminals all read `screenfetch` along with the logos and specs. Probably wouldn't also hurt to read the terminals for the command.

My left monitor's been the same for about 6 months now, but it's too dang convenient to change up.

Finally got some inspiration as a desktop background, although it may look kinda flashy.

For some reason I always liked large cities at night.
Everybody's got fancy get-ups and the like and I just have this. :v:

What kind of programs and stuff do some of you use on your desktop? Like, I see some really interesting looking programs that seem to be integrated to the desktop screen.
