Thanks. I think that I have everything I want put together, Does this list seem good-to-go?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823114021 if you're getting an expensive keyboard at least get one that's going to last longer than a cheapo one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207017 cheaper PSU, still modular, still excellent http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018&Tpk=nh-d14 that zalman cooler is overpriced ricer shit, the D14 is one of the best performing heatsinks while also being very quiet http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227725&Tpk=agility%203%2060gb much faster SSD, up to 525 MB/s rather than your current up to 285MB/s
What reapaninja said, you won't need the anti-static wristband too, just don't wear woolly socks or build on a carpet and touch the PSU every so often then use the $5 saved to buy yourself a meal afterwards. Oh, and look into some other cases, everyone and there mother has a HAF case and there are plenty of cases you can get which are just as good, look into the Fractal Design R3, Fractal design XL, Corsair 600T, LIAN LI PC-9F and the Lian Li PC-A05NB. All fantastic cases and well within your price range (especially the PC-A05NB, one of my favorites albeit a bit dated).
I just sent in the order, thank you all very much for your help!
Did you get the HAF 932?
Did you get the HAF 932?
Yeah, I placed the order before you gave me those other suggestions. To be honest, my friends were also recommending that case, because of it's excellent airflow. There isn't anything wrong with it, is there?
No there isn't, it's just everyone gets it and recommends it and it's nice to know there's plenty of options, those fractal cases are very elegant with more features than the 932 (except it isn't full size which is arguably worse in many ways) and cheaper too. But hey, enjoy your new computers!
