Going from Norton to MSSE isn't really an upgrade or a downgrade. You might as well uninstall your antivirus. There are far better free antivirus suites than MSSE, and there are far better paid products than most if not all free antivirus suites out there.

Actually, after further review, it appears that I confused Avast with Avira. MSSE could be one of the best free suites given that, but still doesn't beat the higher-end paid ones.

Unless you set a install directory manually, that doesn't look like a genuine Spotify installation.
In XP the "Program files" folder got a different name with some languages, for example Swedish as OP stated that he uses where it is called "Program"
In Vista it is always called "Program Files" though it may look different in explorer.
