Do not run a lot of programs at once.
Do not use torrents.

Yes, the defrag will be faster.
Ah this blows. I defragged with Defraggler today, for 6 hours, and it was only 7% (I have 7gb free). I'm going to try Defragging with Microsoft Defragger tomorrow.
Auslogics disk defrag is blazingly fast....

The Microsoft Defragger will be just as slow if not slower. The problem is you've got ~70GB of small files, that takes a lot of time to move around.
But the thing is, i defragged my PC a weeks ago, and after 3 hours it was 20%.

Ok my computer is better now, defragging with Auslogics Disk Defragger did the job. Thanks to everyone that posted in this thread (except the guy i gave a box to)
