Which OS did you use before you went to Windows 7?

WinXP. I used the default luna theme. GOD WHAT WAS I THINKING.
3.1 > 95 > XP Home > Mac OS X > Mac OS 9 :v: > XP Pro > Windows 7
3.1 -> 95 -> 98 -> 2000 -> XP -> Win7
Lol I didn't even get vista
98 -> XP -> Arch Linux -> Xubuntu -> Win7
XP -> Vista -> 7 when I build my new PC this week.
95 -> 98 -> XP -> Vista Premium 64-bit -> Windows 7 64-bit
95/98 > XP > Windows 7

Love how you went back to XP again.
Myself? Still stuck at vista before I'll prioritize an OS upgrade. I'll soon probably just get it anyway, seeing as every single day I have vista I die a little...
...on the inside.

For crying out loud. Only read the timestamps on the ones right above me >_<
Oh well, I hope it's alright anyway, seeing as it's an original thread that still has potential for some funny ratings.
I was about to post which one I used, however I just noticed that it was bumped.

Your loss.
Windows XP SP3
..havent tried Vista till yet
If you wanna get technical about it, BREW.
Windows Vista Home Premium (32bit)
Before that, Windows XP Home Edition (32bit)
Now on 7 Ultimate (32bit)
Windows XP x64 (before that x32), I got sucked into the 64 bit craze and bought the 64 bit version on ebay. Fuck that thing was a piece of shit. Trying to locate wifi drivers was such a bitch, and the performance increase between the 32 bit and the 64 bit version of windows xp was unnoticable.
Microsoft finally got it right with windows 7 x64. I still use xp as well though, because some tools I use such as crazybump refuse to run on windows 7, even with the glorified "virtual xp" addon.

My Laptop has 128 MB of RAM, and my computer has a full 60 gig hard drive and intergrated graphics.
You really think it's worth buying till i get my new pc?
(I know the OS is awesome but its not worth upgrading yet)
95>98>95 again>XP>Vista home premium (on laptop)>7 (both PC and lappy)
Shitsta Business
XP Home Premium, still like it. I had tried Vista despite hearing a whole bunch of bad things about it, and really really didn't like it because of the nonstop compatibility issues. Downgraded back to XP Home Premium, and then moved up to 7.
Vista 64 bit. I miss it somewhat. 7 is a nice OS but there are some fuck ups compared to Vista IMO
Vista 64. God that OS was stable as shit, but windows 7 is the shit man.
XPSP2 32bit. I didn't like Vista at all.
Used to be one XP Pro 64 Bit.
Was on Vista Ultimate 64 Bit.
Now on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit.
XP, pretty old school...sorta
I only boot windows anymore to burn retail DVDs and to photoshop things that Gimp just fails at.
I dual-boot Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my laptop with Linux Mint 8. Linux Mint 9 is coming in May, and I'll be doing a fresh install there. I always do, it's so easy.
Windows XP Professional x86
