:ohno: That's a shame. Give it a try. ^ ^
95 - 98 - 2000 (lol) - XP - Vista - 7
Luckily only had to endure vista for a year and 2000 for a few months
Windows 98 -> Windows XP -> Windows Vista -> Windows 7 RC -> Mac OS X - Snow Leopard -> Windows Vista (until I can afford 7 and a few upgrades for my rig).
Vista Business for about one week, whilst waiting on the Win7 Professional upgrade to ship.
Win XP.
XP Pro SP3
Windows 95 - Windows 98 - Windows XP - Vista (uninstall after a week) - Windows 7
Vista Home Premium 64bit
Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit, and now Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit (RC).. I have yet to get the 7600+ build.
Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit, and now I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.
98 - xp - vista - 7

Same.
For some reason, I never like the recently released OS's. When I was on XP x86 I hated vista, it was shit and buggy and lagged etc.
Now i'm on vista ultimade x64, and I hate 7, it looks ugly and I love vista.
:raise:
Vista Ultimate then Win7 RC and now the full thing. All 64bit.

Looks ugly? The UI has hardly changed at all.

Do you have the classic theme turned on or something? Vista and Windows 7 are nearly identical in looks and base functionality.
Windows 7 beta, XP, eeebuntu 9.04
Vista. Was an enjoyable experience overall.
Wat.. Has everyone forgotten?

Yeah, two machines with one having twice as much memory as the other is a great comparison. They also have different uptime, meaning there was nothing even resembling thoroughness if this were to be a valid comparison.
I just did a fresh install of both Vista SP2 and 7 SP0 with NOTHING changed at all. It was initial boot:
Vista SP2:
