I would have just used the windows onscreen keyboard. Or hop back to my Dell keyboard that is working just fine even with the many drinks it had spilled on it over the years. I'm convinced that thing is going to outlive me and survive a nuclear apocalypse after which it will be used by cockroaches.
Well I bought this knowing I'd use it for backups or for secondary computers in the future. Though I should have spent another 4 dollars and looked at the logitech layout. [editline]5th September 2016[/editline]
I have spilt at least 3 beers on my K70 and it still works totally fine somehow.
Maybe I should have submerged the entire keyboard and just hung it up to dry for like a week while using membrane for a bit.
I'm the one fucking typing on this shit. I keep not deleting properly because of it.
There had to be other keyboards at Walmart, of all places.. There were, but they all looked the same. So I just went for the cheapest assuming it would just feel cheap, not have a bad layout. But I'm only using it for another like 40 hours so I'm ok. We can all laugh at me. If you were really in a pinch, you could use your phone as a keyboard input to your computer using https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Relmtech.Remote&hl=en for Android and whatever it is on iOS.
So your keyboards didn't come with a plastic cover to keep the ramen off?

At least the PrintScr button isn't the power button like nearly 80 of our keyboards at work. Look identical to this minus the branding. What edit: lmao [t]https://i.imgur.com/gEWNVEr.png[/t] I might try it. Edit2: Nevermind, shows the sata connector damaged. WD wouldn't take it I bet. Could have gotten a black for so little. Also depends how it got damaged. if it was dropped the whole drive might be bad not just the port. [editline]6th September 2016[/editline] also here is another cloud drive promo if someone wants it https://preview.onedrive.com/seagate/en-us?key=0hLJfUmphyP0UoWoWOWih1sGoDXlf6rEh7lnqWrHZ8iYsY6mfc2p6J9i2D7qDl0N74vMk2lGqBfvXmt5aZd4V3nLRlgU%2B%2BnhaF43KTKxkQjoj9bFzDSvtGxI%2FSqNFWzTs2NcDWz5Y9PPCRFc15XXnQ%3D%3D
Well tomorrow morning I move across the country to a city I don't know anybody in and without a job, wish me luck! :s:
Going to a walmart once a month is about all I can handle.
Print out walmart bingo cards and go on Friday/Saturdays at 8PM. It makes it vastly more entertaining. I setup Rclone on my machine at work to backup my entire machine into an encrypted subdirectory on my ACD account. Transferring at 11MB/s. All I gotta figure out though is how to split files to fit onto ACD's file size limit.
I pretty much did that last year. Good luck.
Washington doesn't suck though. [editline]6th September 2016[/editline] California wouldn't be that bad either, if it weren't for the Californians and how expensive housing is.

I could move here to California and have a guaranteed job, but I thought rent was expensive back home, it's way more here. [editline]6th September 2016[/editline] I could actually move anywhere my company has a warehouse. [editline]6th September 2016[/editline] The guys from the other California warehouse I'm staying at the hotel with are turning me into an alcoholic.
Middle of Nowhere, Missishity to Denver, CO
This is going to sound dumb, but try to do some real physical activity every day for at least a month no matter what. Height change is going to take some time to adapt to. You will get tired a lot more easily for a while. On the bright side, you won't have 400% humidity crushing you into the mud.

I'm excited to be able to run regularly again, although the altitude will take some getting used to. The closest gym is over 40 minutes away and you just can't really run out by me. The cars go whipping by at 80+ and the side of the road is uncut grass pretty infested with cottonmouths and the like. Not to mention the 90-100 degrees and 70+% humidity. The few times I have run it's only been a short 15 or 20 minute jog and I come back absolutely drenched. I have to tower off like I just got out of a pool.
Wow, thanks facebook messenger. I just now found a "filtered" message from January 2015 from someone saying I left my license at the DMV they worked at. I totally did leave my license there when I transferred the title of my old truck and it would have been GREAT to receive that message then rather than guessing where it went(I ended up finding it anyways).

Going from near-sea-level in Australia to 7000ft really knocks it out of you, takes a bit to adjust but it's good once you do. Fucked with my lungs the first time, but the more you do the better you get. Plus Colorado has the lowest levels of obesity in the US, the environment is built for physical activity.
