Tried to work on a simple overlay effect in After Effects and after switching around computers, remaking the overlay in Illustrator to make it crisp and everything it still ends up burry even with lossless settings :suicide:
i guess it's the diehard "players" who are diehard trying to make people lean towards playstation so badly, that there's 40 million of them
When I had a PS4 the only game I would play on it was Bloodborne. After beating he game a few times and finding nothing else interesting I traded it in.
The PS4 is only worth owning if you're super into JRPGs. Also, it's hilarious that the Pro model doesn't have a 4K bluray player when the Xbone S does.

You'll use it for 2 weeks and then just don't bother with it at all. Then spend rest of your days cringing about it whenever it comes into your field of vision.
I'd only use it for special occasions. Initial public releases and stuff.

by initial public release, you meant "Added .gitattributes & .gitignore files" right

Well he ain't wrong.
I mean, look at Windows now. The slow and bloaty GCC-isms from that Linux thing we should of gassed back in the 90's before it escaped the lab has grown so big that Windows now has some sort of symbiotic compatibility with Linux.

Yep this happened to me recently. There's this viral link recently that's passed from contact to contact, and if you simply press on the link, the attacker can somehow manage to log into your skype account using your old skype credentials and forward the spam to everyone on your contacts.
I don't know how they do it, but Microsoft sure knows how to make a system secure

Didn't know this was a thing, thanks!
Just reinstalled my legit Windows 7 to run some application and I never would have imagined in my wildest dream that it would be this hard or take this long to install some damn OS security updates.
Holy fuck man, Windows sure does suck.
Ayy I got myself a replacement for my Nexus 5 finally
btw I hate how Motorola forces you to give up your warranty if you want to unlock your bootloader

Yeah this hit me a few months back, I got tons of messages for the next week saying "yo your skype got hacked bro"
I know, that's why I changed my status and name to "Don't click anything I send" and "ACCOUNT COMPROMISED"
Blah.

the software is garbage and it's tiny, you'd get more bang for your buck by homebrewing a solution with one of those entirely over-spec buttons you can find on Aliexpress

What gets me is that I didn't click a link either, if you are referring to
http://www.baidu.com/link?url=NI6CaNmFGZZIPiwcKZN1ebbxKOAu2fcAo9W6YXP0ntW#ewyxiq={skype_user_here}
(DON'T OPEN THAT LINK, BY THE WAY) which it seems for a while a few weeks ago I had a pile of people on skype (some of which I have not seen active for years) just suddenly start sending it. A few days later I started getting the "yo bud you be spammin"' messages.
Those Skype exploits have been around for more than a year now, Google it - there are posts describing it from 2015.

Oh God, so that means you don't even have to have Skype installed and actively using it anywhere for your account to get hit by this somehow? Wtf?
Oh God, so that means you don't even have to have Skype installed and actively using it anywhere for your account to get hit by this somehow? Wtf?
The ones who I did get in touch with were on other accounts now (because apparently you CAN be so fucking lazy that it takes more effort to clean out your friends list and change your profile name than it is to make a new account) and a case of "Meh, I have not used that since 2011."
They have clients running but they are not logged into the account and have not been for a while. It feels a lot more like someone's scraped accounts from an old leak or something and are now trying to use them which form a spammer's perspective seems kinda inefficient.

Wow, Skype just looks like more and more of a shitty, insecure thing to use.
Really like my ISP doing "here is a hole and the rest you provide yourself". Every shit router I can blame on myself.
If there's one good thing about Comcast, it's that you can buy and install your own modem and router, and it even saves you a good bit of money because you're not renting them. Pays for itself after like four months. So if you're a dumb user, you can shell out the extra dosh every month to have them take care of it, or if you're smart enough to plug in your own wires, you can do that.
Wow, Skype just looks like more and more of a shitty, insecure thing to use.
When I ahd that lockout last week and I saw the splash screen for the first time in forever it had this look of "hi, I'm skype and totally not a chinese trojan that looks like skype and I don't remember your password so can you please log in again?"
Even after I reinstalled skype it just felt scary as fuck until I got the actual email from Microsoft saying they had logged me out and not some shady ass client.
Steam has changed so much in two years. I feel like a noob with everything again since it's been so long since I've done anything involving technology really.
