im debating to get the Vive this black friday or not. I dont want to get it and only use it once or twice, but i would love to use it for sim games or FPS games.
Don't Wait for more AAA support and a second gen
[t]https://i.imgur.com/BpQaQyY.jpg[/t] Oooh, I wonder what I can get?
God damn that could be either a bunch of steals or its gone in seconds. Shame though, Sleeping Dogs is forever dead now.
[t]https://i.imgur.com/BpQaQyY.jpg[/t] Oooh, I wonder what I can get?
I went on their website and their auction site to take a look, and this doesn't seem like one of those sales where you can just pick one or two items out to buy individually. They're selling large lots of items together in auctions, and that will most likely go up to quite a lot.

Most peculiar thing in the manual of the LG monitor I just bought. Mind you, its a brand new monitor. Oh you know, this one. [t]http://www.vectronicsappleworld.com/archives/vintage/images/0036/snap6.jpg[/t] That's such an obscure connector to run into nowadays. I'm pretty sure Apple hasn't use it in well over a decade. Good on them for being thorough, I guess? :v:
Don't Wait for more AAA support and a second gen
but then no second gen and no AAA support because no sales What do you mean by second gen though?
I just randomly came across this picture on Google Images, and I have no idea wtf im looking at [t]http://cdn.overclock.net/c/cb/cbb69598_20140208_132014.jpeg[/t] Did this guy literally watercool his PC with piss and stale cum????
Ordered a Roccat Kone Pure because it was on sale, and I want to get rid of my shit Razer DeathAdder that has a broken mouse3. I hope it fits my hand well. I was hoping to pick up an SSD, and there's a few decent deals going on, but they're all such massive capacities that I can't really buy any of them.
Any good NUC''s under like 250 or so. Really wanted to get one and make it a low powered audio server. But also wanted to get one and hook up USB drives for it to upload to ACD instead of keeping my main desktop on. Was thinking about this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883800009
I totally forgot that all of the sales on Amazon are on Cyber Monday and not Black Friday
I don't think nucs would be the best way to go about it. I'd just get a mini itx Soc with a pentium so I can have SATA and maybe multiple nics or other options. It's bigger sure but it's just as power efficient. But then with my idea I would make it a pfsense router and samba server.
My thought was instead of going with a big supermicro chassis with an expensive backplane I could get a lowpower NUC and a few of those 4-8 bay external enclosures and run my storage spaces on that. But I guess if I've waited this long I should just do it right.
Bought a 256GB SD card because it was cheap, now I'm ready to shoot a documentary if a zombie apocalypse happens...
It's insane how cheap storage is: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HAPGEIE
Fuck, I paid ~$245 ($330 AUD) for 8 TB back in September. [editline]25th November 2016[/editline] Actually the one I got is $239 on Amazon, what the fuck why is the price almost Australian?
Have any of you got experience with Crucial SSD's? The MX300 750 GB is on sale atm and I'm really tempted to get it. €133,- with shipping included [editline]25th November 2016[/editline] nevermind it's sold out :frown:, second best deal is €145,- though, not that much more expensive

It was 99USD. Super popular
One of my fans is starting to fail. However, instead of just starting to make noise, the bearings are randomly chirping for a second or two every couple of hours. I have no idea which fan it is, and haven't come up with a good way to tell that doesn't involve gutting everything. This is going to drive me nuts.
just bought a 55" 4k hdr lg tv for $1200, and the youtube app that boasts with 4k videos plays them in 720p/1080p, great work lads :downs:
I had the most boring black friday ever, a 4TB desktop drive, a 4TB NAS drive, and a SATA power splitter

And €145,- is still a pretty good price but I would only buy it if you really need it.
Bought a shit load of stuff over the past two days. Now I begin my ramen only diet.
Today I learned that the PS3 controller's buttons are ALL ANALOG. I didn't realize the X, Δ, O, ◻, d-pad, and shoulder buttons were all analog controls.
Today I learned that the PS3 controller's buttons are ALL ANALOG. I didn't realize the X, Δ, O, ◻, d-pad, and shoulder buttons were all analog controls.
I always used the lower shoulder buttons for throttle and brakes in car games.

I like the ones where you have to pick the waterfall pictures because waterfalls are pretty. [editline]26th November 2016[/editline] Jesus, my server finished installing like 20 minutes ago and there's already 17 failed login attempts.
I may have bought twelve 8TB hard drives
