Also, how come you got blindsided by the biggest flaw question brt? It's in all the "standard interview questions" lists I've ever used to prepare. I never had to answer it, but I've always thought of an answer beforehand. My current job mostly cared about work experience and didn't do any of the HR fluff because there is no HR department :v:
Because I've never been asked it unironically. I thought people only asked it as a joke because it's such a cliche/tradition thing. Makes me feel the guy hadn't done interviews before, while he was nice, it didn't seem like he was totally sure of where to steer things sometimes.
As for the perfectionism response. I imagine anyone would see straight through that. I'll just give an actual flaw in my workflow.

Obviously giving any "actually a good thing" response is frowned upon. But yeah, depending on the kind of HR department you get, they do actually ask these cliche questions. And probably a guy who googled "How 2 Job an Interview" will do the same.

I guess I actually come off as enough of a perfectionist to be able to use that line
I mean, I kinda am, but
Moving to Sharepoint? What horrible monster did they use before that they actually want to move TO Sharepoint?

So yea, maybe my feelings weren't about the question themselves, but maybe that the management just read some ebook on interviewing or something.
That said, the company I think is maybe ten years old and is expanding rapidly. They're actually moving near where I worked for my first job. So I know the area quite well and makes my commute better.
I think I'll get an offer on friday for it, so I'm mulling over all my thoughts on it. Pay would be great, it's near where I live, I think I could do the work well. And most importantly, I could move to a new chapter by moving out and living on my own. Something I'm trying to do.

no they didn't, he's just a fucking idiot jamming a screwdriver into the power supply
I don't even fucking know why he did that, the clear cmos button isn't anywhere fucking near there, it's near the rest of the IO
it's not even an asus PC
WAIT
HOLD UP
You guys realize that Destiny was the same dude I posted about him inserting a PCI-E card... whilst the PC was on.
Doesn't PCIe have the capability of hotplugging, just that most peripherals don't support it.
Never tried it myself, but now I want to.
Wait, I see what he's doing.
He presses the clear CMOS button, which is way up next to the USB ports, then fucking turns the power supply on WITH THE SCREWDRIVER IN HIS HAND and jams it into the PSU by accident. Holy fucking hell.
The fact that he did this fucking TWICE and still somehow didn't realize it blows my mind.
It is a thing yes but I personally would not want to hot swap PCI-E. I'm okay with it with Drives but anything else... ehhh pushing comfort boundries.
It's part of the spec, so the hardware won't get fucked (Grounds are longer anyway) and the worst thing that really can happen is that the OS crashes.
I've never found any reason to do it tho, considering PCIe devices are usually graphics cards which I need on anyway.

I suppose, but usually those would hold the OS so eh.

Really, once I have to fuck with expansion cards somethings fucked enough that I wanna turn my PC off anyway/it is already off.

Weird...I was in California for a month, broke my phone and bought a new one once I got home. New SIM card, new phone, same number. When i run a speed test on 4g, it connects to a server in Sacramento and I just logged into Facebook and it said my login location is San Jose. My GPS is on and working correctly.
T mobile must have given me a cali ip I guess?
