Ye and 7 years yea you may see some wear and tear unless your drive us built like crests ide 20gb
Only found one damaged sector
I'd run a full reformat on it. Those sectors need to be wiped and reallocated.
Can't do that, 7 years worth of stuff on there.
Can't do that, 7 years worth of stuff on there.
Then back it up and then do a full format. I'm more surprised about you not doing this already after seeing the state of your drive.
So I got a little drunk the other day and I don't quite remember much about the night. I went back to my search history for something unrelated and noticed I was searching for some peculiar things.
I think all you did was mix some things up. Obviously there was some Malcom in the Middle, Attack on Titan and a lot of washing machine talk. Dunno where the ape comes in.
Then back it up and then do a full format. I'm more surprised about you not doing this already after seeing the state of your drive.
I'd rather just clone the drive and buy another one, thanks for all your suggestions
Is there a way to unrate posts on fp?
Is there a way to unrate posts on fp?
Only if you get them to auto merge their post and nobody else rates it.
Can't do that, 7 years worth of stuff on there.
But you already have copies of that data elsewhere like a good computer user so that shouldn't be a problem.
What the fuck. I just noticed I went back to Japan. It's Ping Zero all over again. And it's timing is exactly when I was posting from the sushi bar I was eating at today...
Sushi bar using a Japanese VPN for authentic Japanese experience.
Sushi bar using a Japanese VPN for authentic Japanese experience.
So you can shitpost about loli's on image boards, the ~authentic~ way.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/ktV7Q3J.jpg[/t] Oh no HP is installing ISIS into my computer
I like how even after 20 years InstallShield has NEVER changed.
So a old classmate had a tech issue with his laptop, he couldn't install windows because the laptop didn't come with an os, so i had to disable both drives and somehow i enabled the usb stick with windows and pow, it installed. In exchange he bought me a kebab.
Does OVH send you the root VPS OS password in an email? I'm trying to set up a VPS for my idiot friend who has no idea how Linux works (in a lab, he wrote /etc/passwd phonetically as etsipassword) but I can't exactly do much if I can't log in.
He shouldn't be writing to that file anyway under any circumstances Just log into the manager and reformat the VPS, it should reroll you a new root password (and that should show up in your email) [editline]23rd September 2016[/editline]
Is there a way to unrate posts on fp?
I usually just make sure the rating isn't something offensive, like .
He shouldn't be writing to that file anyway under any circumstances Just log into the manager and reformat the VPS, it should reroll you a new root password (and that should show up in your email)
It was in a lab for class, he wasn't fucking up his VPS haha. I'm gonna get this thing up and running for him but I'm not gonna teach him how to Linux.
Can someone tell Capcom that Sony rootkits are, like, so 2005? https://www.reddit.com/r/Games/comments/545cjy/sfvs_new_pc_update_is_accessing_kernel_level_in/d7z4eev

Or usually if someone is being a fucking idiot I rate them informative.
rip my 1tb sandusk ultra II 2016-2016 I noticed Windows was booting up slow today (took around ~1m) and I thought to myself "It would suck if one of my harddrives died" welp
It's an SSD right? Probably has an ok warranty.
3 years. Just annoyed that I'm going to be down a drive for however long it takes to get back to me. I also lost some data too.
I know I'm late to the party on most things compared to all y'all nerds, but Bash in Windows? I can finally
fortune | cowsay
in Windows like I've always wanted...
I like how even after 20 years InstallShield has NEVER changed.
I mean it just works right?
I mean it just works right?
Fucking print spooler has seemingly been the same since the dawn of the ape and it's still shit.
I don't think I've personally ever seen it not work.
I don't think I've personally ever seen it not work.
Print spool? Have you never used a printer?
Print spool? Have you never used a printer?
You see, printers are alot more reliable when you still use lpt port to interface them...
You see, printers are alot more reliable when you still use lpt port to interface them...
Parallel ports were somehow more reliable. I even played AOE1 over a parallel port network with my brother. Good times.
No, not print spool. I can think of countless times where I cancel a print job but I can't fucking delete it. I was talking about Install Shield.
You see, printers are alot more reliable when you still use lpt port to interface them...
The LaserJet 4M+ is on the LAN. Nice try though.
