If you go yellow I would make it contrast the black.
Very close between orange and purple... Going with Orange though.

You should get a tinted bit of plexi glass or what ever you'll use for the window.
I like the squareness and simplicity of the window. And the colour looks amazing, its a dark red/orange instead of a bright orange, it's lovely
