Wrong way. He's looking to stream from his PC to his phone, not from his phone to his PC.
I've started using plex.tv to stream porn to my phone from my media server and it works brilliantly!

The fact that you're so enthused about this, or the fact that you download and store your porn on a media server. Seriously, who downloads porn? That's why we have internet streaming.

Where else should I put it? On the phone itself? Don't be silly!

It's so he can pass it on for generations
Yup, the WiFi issues is affecting a lot of Yosemite 10.10 users, me included! Not only it's on Macrumors, the Apple Support communities are complaining about this issue too. I'm a little annoyed, surprised some of you guys don't have this issue.
I just ended up downgrading. Yosemite was too broken for me to use.
I just ended up downgrading. Yosemite was too broken for me to use.
How did you downgrade?
5k display is lagging. I really think it's just Yosemite being stupid.
How did you downgrade?
I went into the Mac App Store and found the Mavericks installer, and then I took that and used Diskmaker X to make a bootable USB. After that, I booted into recovery mode, wiped the drive, and installed Mavericks from the USB drive. [editline]23rd October 2014[/editline]
5k display is lagging. I really think it's just Yosemite being stupid.
That sort of behavior is why I went back to Mavericks. Yosemite has some massive issues with slowdown and UI lag, and I won't be upgrading until they sort all that out.
Well that's disappointing, I can't find the Mavericks here.
Well that's disappointing, I can't find the Mavericks here.
Should be in your purchases.
Should be in your purchases.
Nope, it's not. I wonder if using Time Machine is worth it, I hope it is. Might try it there because I upgraded after doing a Timemachine backup in Mavericks.
I just checked my App Store and they hid Mavericks. Go to Account, then look for the hidden items section and it should be in there. Reinstalling it may be a problem since Apple doesn't like you downgrading the OS.
If you make a USB with Diskmaker X, it shouldn't be an issue.
I just ended up downgrading. Yosemite was too broken for me to use.
Which mac do you have? For me it feels like it's at least on par with mavericks, except I had my MBP freezing on me just an hour ago (only occasion so far)
Also the battery life in my rMBP 13 is appalling. I get half what I used to get in Yosemite. This is terrible, I'm rolling back. [editline]24th October 2014[/editline] Well, back on OSX Mavericks and my eyes aren't straining anymore.
Which mac do you have? For me it feels like it's at least on par with mavericks, except I had my MBP freezing on me just an hour ago (only occasion so far)
Late-2011 MBP. I got so many spinning beach balls.
Late-2011 MBP. I got so many spinning beach balls.
I think I spoke too soon since mine just froze again today
I gotta ask this question outside of an Apple official forum because they're too retarded. So what kind of modern upgrade paths are there to video in the first generation Mac Pro? Right now my box has an 8800GT which is piss ancient. What's the reports on the GTX 400/GTX 600 series working after being reflashed?
i'm considering buying a rMBP on craiglist, late 2013, 8GB ram, 256GB ssd, i5. if i were to go buy it, what should i look for before handing over cash, other than the obvious does it turn on/not scratched to fuck
I would practice typing and using all the keys on the keyboard as any sticks could suggest damage or spilled liquid, same goes for the touchpad try it on each corner and see how responsive it is. Very important to check battery cycles too!
I would probably try to find out if the seller has a reputation first. Don't want to find out it's stolen or the person is known to sell broken goods.

Samsung ones dont suffer from image retention like LG ones. But you can't determine until you test for that.
if it has retention apple will replace it anyways.
Anyone else with a Apple TV (the 720p one) that has problems with it? Sometimes its just a real pain to connect to it, it shows 1 second of my iPhone 6 screen and after that it drops out again or at random it just disconnects like in the middle of a movie.

This is a past issue, and the KB imprints thing is seriously a non-existent issue unless you abuse the laptop with excessive force to the top.

[editline]25th October 2014[/editline] Mine works just fine.
