There was a jailbreak app that I had once which tells you what jailbreak addon crashed it, not sure what it was called though, probably just search cydia for crash
I am jailbroken. But I don't have too many tweaks installed. Auxo Zephyr f.lux Nitrous Winterboard Springtomize BatteryDoctorPro and some tweaks for themes When I restart my phone it only uses ~40% ram until I start opening apps. When I close them it seems like it doesn't remove everything from ram.

Also there is a chance that batterydoctorpro, might, ironically be the culprit as it continuously reports updated stats of the batt. (if i am not wrong) If the ram is 80% used when nothing is running, thats a serious problem. Sometimes swiping apps off using auxo does not close the app, i verified this by checking sbsettings-> processes. Might want to check on f.lux, nitrous too. general batt saving tips, -lower screen brightness -off 3g/wifi/bluetooth when not in use -privacy->location->system services, off all -don't use too many tweaks

Disable GPS, both for paranoid reasons (they can still trace you using the cellphone part) and for power reason. Bluetooth I always have off, and I don't really use it. My mom uses it for her car and turns it off and on. WiFi I usually have disabled unless I need to download something or have to use it as a remote for Plex.
No need to disable GPS necessarily, on both Android and iOS, it tells you when any application is using it, or at least using location services, which you can assume might be using GPS

I'm currently around 70% ram usage after rebooting my phone this morning.. with only whatsapp running.
How are you finding out this ram usage? [editline]3rd May 2013[/editline] I only have NCsettings, Auxo and coloredknob installed
Batterydoctorpro shows ram usage and battery stats.
Woah what, this iPod only has a 789mAh battery according to that app Imagine if they'd put a 2600mAh one combined with iOS's battery management, it'd be so good, I wouldn't care about the thickness of it [editline]3rd May 2013[/editline] Why does it say the batteries capacity is only 100mAh though
The fifth gen has 1030mAh and the fourth gen is 930. I would be surprised if older ones were smaller and around 790mAh like that app says.
Cell wear probably got to it.

I have more tweaks and themes installed than you but i get only 30% ram usage upon rebooting. hmmm..
Don't know very much about ARM chips, but I'm familiar with the archetecture problem, hence why SL can't boot on a PowerPC mac.
Apple doesn't use ARM at all. I belive 10.3 was the first to use Intel x86 but the entire 10 series actually had Intel support.
Apple only use ARM architecture in their mobile devices, they've only ever used PPC, x86 and 68k processors otherwise.
Oh... ARM Cortex-A8 CPU with a PowerVR GPU GOD DAMNIT I SUCK
They were all PowerPC up until 10.6. There was a Tiger intel release, and Leopard used universal bionaries to boot on PPC and Intel processors. Snow Leopard was Intel only. All though there are still a few people that STILL use PowerPC and Leopard. You can find them on MacRumors, funny to read.
MacRumors is always a funny read.

[sp]sort of[/sp]
They were devloped internally, not actually released. The "just in case" was that if PowerPC went to shit they'd shit out Intel. Also, every project being built for both was just for during that transition. Leopard was released in 2007, when people were in the middle. By the time Snow Leopard rolled around in 2009 everyone had an Intel Mac.
I know the computers released were PowerPC's. That's nothing new. Also, don't shorten it to PPC. PPC = Pocket PC's
does fucking anyone say "pocket pc" past 2006 let alone use the acronym PPC over a popular processor technology.
Xbox 360 uses a PowerPC processor
thats not a real computer pssshshshshhhhh [editline]4th May 2013[/editline] the ps3, wii, wiiu, and gamecube use them too, i know, but 90% development now-a-days we just focus on ARM and x86.
Anyone know of a good cpu/ram usage monitor?
Anyone know of a good cpu/ram usage monitor?
iStatMenus
I'm not paying $16 for something like that :v:
http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/status/istatpro.html I think the process monitor is broken in ML though. Or the fixed version somewhere in this post: http://best-mac-tips.com/2012/12/27/istat-pro-widget-for-os-x-10-8-mountain-lion/
