The Gold Master is out now, ain't it? That's as close to stable as you'll get before the 10th.
Would it be like a normal update and keep all my content? And also, would this void any warranty I have with my iPhone?
If you're not a developer and you have an iOS beta on your account, all they can do is refuse software support. They're still liable for any natural hardware failures under warranty, and they really won't care what OS you're running as long as the hardware is broken. You can force it as an update in iTunes and I don't think you'll lose anything, but don't take my word for it. I am also unsure if you will be forced to reset the device as soon as the beta ends. Probably better off waiting the 5 days.

God, I was so pissed before. Where I live, it's 1 in teh morning; I have school tmrw but i'm trying to sync my converted FLAC files to my iPhone. Then I learned that the iPhone only supports up to 44.1khz and I'm like ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? :suicide:
Are there any ways to use the post quick reply shortcut here on Facepunch? I have a new Macbook Air switched from Windows 8, but ALT+S doesn't seem to work.

It doesn't support FLAC in general AFAIK.
Mavericks supposedly to be released late next month Not sure why people are thinking they're going to release it simultaneously with iOS 7. The servers would be brought to their knees and then some.
My hearing is crap, so I don't care too much about audio quality.

If they aren't native FLAC or converted from a lossless format, have fun having all that disk space wasted with what a 320kbps MP3 could achieve.
On my File Sharing issues: I contacted Apple Support and after a few times on hold for the guy to consult with people, it seems that while OSX supports connecting to Windows securely, Windows just doesn't support connecting to an OSX SMB share as a user on the OSX system. Instead of being able to pull files from my Mac on my PC, I'm going to have to put them on my PC from my Mac. A tad inconvenient but still doable. Anyone here with an iPhone 5 have any cases they would recommend?
Apparently some people are already camping outside stores. This is what you call 'getting out of hand'.

Never bought cases for my phones before as they felt too intrusive but this one is brilliant and the blue looks amazing.
Apparently some people are already camping outside stores. Jesus I'd rather order my iPhone 5S online, and do something worthwile until it arrives.
A product that hasn't even been announced yet, mind you. I'll get a 5S aswell, but I won't wait in front of a store for weeks.

Bah My volume up key has broken on my iPod touch
Bah My volume up key has broken on my iPod touch
That happened with mine recently to! Then the volume down one broke to. I'm going to get it replaced soon.
That happened with mine recently to! Then the volume down one broke to.
Anyone here with an iPhone 5 have any cases they would recommend?
At the store i work at, we just started carrying avivo cases. http://www.avivostyle.com/ they're pretty nice. the ones advertized as rail's you can switch between just the rail or the back case with the rail (or the back case without rail, i think). they're pretty slick.
nvm I fixed my volume key I got frustrated and slapped it on the edge of a table, works perfectly now
nvm I fixed my volume key I got frustrated and slapped it on the edge of a table, works perfectly now
Little bit o' percussive maintenance?
Little bit o' percussive maintenance?
Exactly, never fails
Sometimes whacking a device fixes it. I've got an old trackball mouse that sometimes fucks up, a good ol' whack gets it back into shape
Quick question, at 12 am will i be able to update to IOS 7?
Quick question, at 12 am will i be able to update to IOS 7?
No, the OTA is always after the event(a week after for iOS 6), just like the release of the devices.
