If you're not a developer and you have an iOS beta on your account, all they can do is refuse software support. They're still liable for any natural hardware failures under warranty, and they really won't care what OS you're running as long as the hardware is broken.
You can force it as an update in iTunes and I don't think you'll lose anything, but don't take my word for it. I am also unsure if you will be forced to reset the device as soon as the beta ends. Probably better off waiting the 5 days.

God, I was so pissed before. Where I live, it's 1 in teh morning; I have school tmrw but i'm trying to sync my converted FLAC files to my iPhone. Then I learned that the iPhone only supports up to 44.1khz and I'm like ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? :suicide:

if you are that anal about sound you would understand that you will need to get a higher quality sound out from it in the first place for you to notice, better than 3.5mm and $2000 speakers and perfect hearing

Yeah because developed ears don't typically hear above that, so it's pointless data to have unless it's an archival FLAC files. It doesn't support FLAC in general AFAIK.

Converted FLAC? What's that mean? If they aren't native FLAC or converted from a lossless format, have fun having all that disk space wasted with what a 320kbps MP3 could achieve.
On my File Sharing issues:
I contacted Apple Support and after a few times on hold for the guy to consult with people, it seems that while OSX supports connecting to Windows securely, Windows just doesn't support connecting to an OSX SMB share as a user on the OSX system.
Instead of being able to pull files from my Mac on my PC, I'm going to have to put them on my PC from my Mac. A tad inconvenient but still doable.

Had it for a while. Never bought cases for my phones before as they felt too intrusive but this one is brilliant and the blue looks amazing.

It's really annoying, I had it set so if you hold volume up it'll skip forward a track, and if you hold volume down it'll skip back a track, and now I really miss that function

With mine if you press the up button on mine once quickly it thinks I have it held down so it turns all the way up, which was very bad when I was watching a video with a fire alarm in it.:v:

they're pretty nice. the ones advertized as rail's you can switch between just the rail or the back case with the rail (or the back case without rail, i think). they're pretty slick.
