Is this legit? Is IOS 7 jailbroken now?[/QUOTE]
It's pretty obvious that it's fake. Bootrom exploit for all of Apple's devices? Yeah right. Also
iPhone 5/4S/4/3GS
iPad 5/4/3/2 and Mini
iPod Touch 5/4/3
I'm glad they can jailbreak iOS 7 on 3 devices that don't have it and one that doesn't even exist.
[html]<script type="text/javascript" src="http://verificationplace.com/admin/js/content-locker.js.php?iv=86613612&ct=MoJlPPLRJb8%3D"></script>[/html] hm no
It's literally a timer.
[cpp]var ldsec = 13; // define the number of secconds till the progress bar reaches 100%
var ldpercent = 5; // percentage for loading progress bar
var ldspeed = ldsec * 1000 / (100/ldpercent); // set the speed for progress bar
// data to be displayed in loading bar, when reaches 100%
// a tag that close the block with the content with the loading bar
var ldtxt = '<u style="cursor:pointer;" onclick="document.getElementById(\'loading\').style.display=\'none\'">Close</u>';
// define a recursive function to set and add the progress bar
function simLoad(div) {
// get the object with the ID from "div", the tag which represents the progress bar
var dvload = document.getElementById(div);
ldpercent += 5; // increments the percentage
if(ldpercent>100) ldpercent = 100; // ensure that percentages do not exceed 100
// change the width of the progress bar, and display the percentage
dvload.style.width = ldpercent+ '%';
dvload.innerHTML = ldpercent+ '%';
// if the percentage is less than 100, auto-calls this function
// else, calls the function finLoad()
if(ldpercent<100) setTimeout("simLoad('"+div+"')", ldspeed);
else finLoad(dvload);
}
[/cpp]
For some reason the iPhone 5S has caught my attention back to iOS from Android, hopefully by this time next year I'll actually have a job to afford the iPhone 6.
Ever since getting an Airport Express, I have problems connecting to online on my ps3 and I can't sign in at all. The only thing that fixes it is if I reset the Airport, then it seems to work until I turn the ps3 off again. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I think you have the wrong thread...

Herp I'm dumb, I just read PS3 problems.
Also anyone ever fix an iTouch 4G before? I need to replace the screen and I'm wondering if this copper foil around the digitizer cable is even needed.
At work I have my own iMac now. Can I ask...is it just me or does mouse movement feel a lot different than Windows? I don't really know how to describe it but it seems more floaty. Do you eventually get used to it?
[editline]25th September 2013[/editline]
I just disabled acceleration and now it feels good. Dunno why it's like that by default, seems like it'd only be good for trackpads.
Can you get on the internet on your ps3, but just not sign in? As in the web browser works? It could be the security settings on the Airport Express

I had the same problem. Changing the port forwarding settings on my Time Capsule and disabling extending the network on my Express fixed it. I had the express set up to extend the network.
If the express is your main router, you should just be able to set up your ports to solve the problem.

I'd say it's not a coincidence that the Magic Trackpad is a free upgrade from the stock mouse. It's one thing Apple does really well.
Mobile Safari users: What do you do to sync with Chrome on the desktop? I mean I assume pretty much everyone here doesn't use Safari on the desktop

Use Chrome on your iDevice.
[QUOTE=Protocol7;42310600]Use Chrome on your iDevice.[/QUOTE]
normally I would, but I think I'm gonna give up my jailbreak for iOS7, and so the Nitrous is gone so Chrome is now slower than Safari. Also it seems like they really are improving Safari more than ever. I can't decide lol. I just hate skeuomorphism but jailbreak gives me f.lux and Nitrous
Upgraded to iOS7. It's a tough position, though. When the eventual jailbreak is released, hopefully some third-party security fixes are as well. Because I like the features and looks of it.
How can I fortify my magsafe 2 charger cord? My dog just chewed through the second one this week and at $75 a piece it's going to become a problem. I caught him doing it this time and he barely got a chance to put it in his mouth when it shorted. The tiniest little cut was all it took.
There's gotta be a way to make these things stronger or else I'm gonna break them myself.
Wrap the whole thing in e-tape

Train your dog.
Alright, my 3GS is jailbroken (evasi0n 6.1), what are some essential tweaks and apps?
NCsettings is pretty awesome
[editline]28th September 2013[/editline]
I use activator all the time for remapped volume controls (hold home to play/pause, hold volume up to skip forwards and volume down to skip back)
There's an app to automatically update your apps like in iOS 7, then there's tweaks to increase folder size etc, just think of a limitation and I'm sure there's a jailbreak for it
I've heard a lot of shit about iOS7, not really sure if I should update my iphone?
What are the issues people are having with it?
What phone do you have? if it's a 4 you'll experience a fair bit of lag
brand new iphone 5
It runs really nice on my dads iph5, the only problem was a degraded battery life, but that's because he had animated wallpapers and the parallax scrolling thing enabled
Personally I'd say do it, but it's really up to you
[editline]28th September 2013[/editline]
Just remember there is no going back
I'll update it. The animated stuff seems quite nice and battery isn't that big of an issue to me, pretty much always near a power source anyway so unless its kills the battery.. yeah, should be fine
[editline]28th September 2013[/editline]
heh the update cancelled because power was <50%
i'll still update though
I just noticed the clock app icon moves according to the time in ios 7, including the second hand.

he's a 9 week old puppy who is teething but thanks for not answering the question
Give the puppy something else to chew on.
I had this iphone i found a few months ago. It's been disabled ever since i found it. Since nobody claimed it how can i disable it? I try connecting to itunes to restore but its locked.
Its a iphone 4/4S still running on ios 6 i think

Yeah, so train your dog and give him chew toys or end up with a dog that'll chew whatever the fuck it wants. And maybe stop leaving cables where the dog can access them. And give him less free reign in the house. Close some doors too.

Shut it off, plug it in while holding the home button, and then try an iTunes restore.
