I like how no one has mentioned Diablo yet...

Doesn't work on GMA without a bit of tweaking.
Speaking of diablo, torchlight works well.
Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit
Sim City 2000
Pong
Flash games
N64, NES etc. emulators. Should run.
DOOM, Half-Life and its expansions, Quake, Quake 2, Heretic/Hexen, Duke Nukem 3D, Star Wars Jedi Knight games, there's a lot more too.

Seriously? Damn.
Definitely Lego Racers. It works very well on every system I've ever tried it on.

What?
Touhou is always entertaining to play, even on old pcs.

I wish it wasn't locked at 640x480 (sigh)
KOTOR 1 worked acceptably well on my netbook, as long as you don't try looking in the direction of a large number of npcs. (Taris, I'm looking at you here)
The Longest Journey, if you're into that sort of game...
Got AaAaAA!!! to run on it also, didn't work as smoothly as I would've liked. Wasn't expecting much from integrated graphics and a single core atom processor.

N450, yo
A lot of GOG games should work nicely.

Not on newish machines. Too powerful for it!

Uh, that's not quite how it works, afaik. A computer can't be "too powerful" to run something....
Grand Theft Auto 2
free download btw
just google

Meh, it wouldn't simply run it, gives errors n stuff.
Morrowind?
Dungeon Keeper and Dungeon Keeper 2.
Startopia?

That's probably because of Windows and stuff :science:
What?
Haha, I can't believe I said Forever instead of 3D.
-Max Payne
-Max Payne 2
-F.E.A.R.
-Rollercoaster Tycoon 2
Also as for N64 emulators I had trouble running Goldeneye, but maybe I did something wrong
stronghold 1 and crusader. Always a favourite on my toshiba nb200
Neverwinter Nights I, and it's expansions.
Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, too, of course.
I would say Audiosurf works sort of okay on Netbooks and older hardware but...
I could only get it to run on my poor EEE PC netbook by turning the graphics to minimum, closing every other program (besides Steam), and setting the theme to Windows Classic.
Even then it still lagged. Playable, but...
:saddowns:

Windows is one reason. Other reason on Lego Racers 2 is Out of Memory, it comes when you have too much RAM, like 4GB. Happened to me.
Return to Castle Wolfenstein
Quake 3 Arena
Postal 2 (Maybe? Someone confirm)
How the hell did I manage to forget THIS gem?

My Toshiba NB200 did the impossible. All programmes closed, except Steam. Audiosurf on full screen and playable on Minimum and Normal graphics. Goes apeshit on higher graphics. The menu and pre-loader screens go laggy but once you play a song there's no lag.
