Half-Life 1 and Sven Co-Op. If it'd run well on a Pentium III, it'll run well on a Atom of any sort.
WoW worked on mine if you're into that sort of thing.
Sim City 4
Super Meat Boy?
To put it into low detail mode (So it will actually run on a netbook smoothly), I suggest using the launch option "-lowdetail".
Postal 2 (Maybe? Someone confirm)
Kind of runs on my piece of shit laptop. It likes to run at half speed, though.
Return to Castle Wolfenstein Quake 3 Arena Postal 2 (Maybe? Someone confirm)
RtCW is a really awesome game.
Jagged Alliance 1 and 2
Super Meat Boy?
... this does not 'work' on shitty hardware. Major lag.
Unreal Gold Unreal II Quake Quake II StarScape Flight Control HD Red Faction STAR TREK ELITE FORCE (and probably 2 as well) [editline]5th January 2011[/editline] Probably some of the earlier Command and Conquer games as well
Halo: Combat Evolved (lol) Lego Island DOOM 3
Doom 3? Do you have an ION netbook?
This is a pretty good thread. Area 51.
X Operations
Do you have an ION netbook?
No :saddowns:
RtCW is a really awesome game.
Indeed it is my favourite game of all time
I'd say Fallout 1 and 2 and DOS games. Red Baron was a masterpiece for its age...
Lego Racers all the way, I dropped so many hours into that and the second one. Good times
Lego Racers all the way, I dropped so many hours into that and the second one. Good times
Hmm, wonder if the second one will work...... [editline]6th January 2011[/editline] I remember my first computer could play it, it was a Pentium III 800MHz with a Geforce 5400FX
C&C Generals runs surprising well on netbooks. Also: DEFCON Machinarium Uplink Deus Ex System Shock 2 Half-Life (GoldSrc only)
