I doubt that Apple will show off something that can beat the GSII.
Android is a very open, versatile OS, you can do anything with your phone. Don't like the UI? Just get a new launcher. Want the update early, but there's no official release yet? Flash a new ROM.

apple always does something sorta new with their phones i will never use after 5 minutes anyway.
except that awesome retina display the new models have. only reason to grab one imo even though most android phones are starting to have that quality in the screens now (from what i seen).

The GSII has a Super AMOLED display, which, in my opinion, looks better than the Retina Display.

after reading about that a bit I'll probably just get a S2 then. might as well since apple is slowly losing the smart phone market (not to mention i hate apple wayyy more since their stupid samsung suing bullshit. might as well get a S2 to support samsung :v:)
Not compatible with SGS II what.
You sure? Market says otherwise:

If you're waiting for a month then you might as well wait a bit more and get the Nexus Prime.

Why is it every time i see a gameloft game i feel like it ripped off a game

I'm pretty sure that those are the same hardware wise, why would it not be compatible? :(
Not compatible with SGS II what.
What?
Even my HTC Desire Z is compatible (even though the Android market lists it as a HTC Vision, but I guess that's the development codename for it)

It is just Google Market horse shit. I've tried downloading apps before and it says they are incompatible. Downloaded the APK files and installed and they worked fine, what do.
I was thinking when the Nexus Prime comes out that I may buy it out of contract and sell my Nexus S. How much is it likely to be when the phone is released in GBP?

$50 says the "something huge" is HTC just buying larger SLCD screens with the same resolution and panel as the old ones. Can all these companies like moto, HTC and Samsung stop making bigger phone screens while keeping the same resolution as the smaller screens? It's actually a downgrade.

Actually, this might be the fact that it's been discovered that HTC's logging bullshit is easily accessible to applications with just internet permissions.
I hope it isn't.

What? Why is HTC logging peoples information in the first place? And if they are logging it why is it accessible to outside apps?

I was wrong. If you're rooted on Sense, get Root Explorer and change the extension of HTCLoggers.apk to .bak to fix the issue. Go to /data/data/com.HTC.loggers/HTCLog and delete the .txt file inside of it. Hopefully this fixes the issue for now.
That's pretty crazy. I wonder if non HTC phones do something similar. Maybe something to look in to.

AOSP ROMs don't have the issue. At least, as far as we know of.

I'm not sure I've actually got rid of the logging though.
Dammit, they need to strip off this sort of thing in ROMs.

Galaxy Note.
Galaxy Note.
The Galaxy note runs at 1280x800. They increased the resolution.
Went to the AT&T store today.
I now own a Samsung Galaxy SII and it is beautiful.
Now to sell the Iphone 3GS on Ebay
Or keep iPhone and use it for music.
