Well, some are still selling it for $340 and it's the S-LCD version (i9023). But on contract even the SGS2 is free...
:saddowns:

Are you saying that you are going use a fully fledged Linux distro on a weak Xperia phone which has a 2.5 inch screen? ...
Are you saying that you are going use a fully fledged Linux distro on a weak Xperia phone which has a 2.5 inch screen? ...
You clearly have no idea which phone I actually have now do you?
You clearly have no idea which phone I actually have now do you?

xperia mini pro
Yes I do, and no, 3 inches is no big improvement over 2.5.
Yes I do, and no, 3 inches is no big improvement over 2.5.
Either way, the screen size is large enough. For me at least although a larger screenw ould be nicer. It's a midranged phone and i find that it's good enough. Maybe slow for BT5 and some high end games but it's not like ill play tons of games on it.
Wait a few months, they're always overpriced at launch.
Sure, but in a few months I won't be able to sell my S2 for as much money as today :/
So, my SGS2 connects while making calls, but I can't hear the person on the other end and they can't hear me... I don't even hear the dialtone. Could this have something to do with the fact that I've been dicking around with ROMs and kernels or the fact that I'm using a micro-sim in it?

Re-flashed the original i777 modem, fixed the problem. It was most likely flashed to the i9100 modem while I was dicking with ROMs.
My old Google account got hit with this influx of spam, and it won't stop. How do I transfer all of my apps to a new Google account?
Hey! I pimped my phone. OG Droid. CyanogenMod 7.1, Running V6 with KAK. Also, 1.2GHz overclocked. Get's 24hr of battery life.
Quadrant is shitty benchmark, use AnTuTu

Can the Droid Razr be rooted and can Cyanogenmod be installed on it?
Are there any good alternatives for Folder Organizer there? Folder Organizer is amazing but it is pretty unstable
If i root and overclock, my xperia mini pro, i would say i would get as you. Or a bit less.
I don't do this often, but...are you trolling or serious? Because I'm almost 100% certain that you wouldn't. I mean, it's entirely possible, but from what I hear about the old xperia line... [editline]7th November 2011[/editline]
Can the Droid Razr be rooted and can Cyanogenmod be installed on it?
It's been rooted, but the bootloader is still locked and may remain that way for quite some time. Luckily, the dev community is very, very good at what they do, and the RAZR will no doubt be a prize worth hacking at.

Upcoming HTC QUAD CORE PHONE http://www.engadget.com/2011/11/07/htc-edge-may-be-the-first-quad-core-smartphone-to-market/ Color us skeptical on this one, but rumors are coming down the pipeline about an HTC phone called the Edge. It's supposedly going to be the first Tegra 3-powered smartphone. According to Pocketnow, the device will supposedly offer a quad-core 1.5GHz CPU, 4.7-inch 720p HD display, 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear camera with f/2.2 lens and Beats Audio. Curiously, no LTE capability was mentioned specifically, though 21Mbps HSPA+ appears to be good to go, and there's a slight possibility of Sense 4.0 being included -- which given its proposed launch window of late Q1 / early Q2 2012, wouldn't be a huge surprise. We'd love to start seeing more quad-core goodness headed our way, so we're definitely keeping our fingers crossed to see a lot more of the above show up at CES and MWC.
Wow, most tablets are not even quad core yet.
CM7+GO Launcher Ex = AMAZING How come I didn't notice this launcher before? [editline]8th November 2011[/editline]
Wow, most tablets are not even quad core yet.
Isnt Prime the first quad core tablet?
