thanks for the response but:
What is this ADB? My screen is ruined, i cannot even use it to allow it to connect to a computer..
ADB is a system process that can be accessed from a command line on a computer, it runs from the recovery menus of the phone as well, so find the shortcut to boot into recovery mode and then find the ADB commands, google will help. Failing that XDA.
I found this one app called app redeem on the market, you get points and convert it into cash that is sent to your paypal. I managed to get $25 in like 2 minutes so i'm going to see if I get anything in my paypal.
Anyone else planning on getting the Asus Transformer Prime?
A part of me fucking want it, another part of me wants to replace the broken screen (Broken, still usable) on my netbook and wait until the netbook dies. FUCK
Netbook is almost one year old btw.

That happened to me, I think it's a bug. I left the app and when I came back I didn't have 2,600 points anymore.
I need some ideally free game which would really test the hardware capabilities of SGSII. The best idea I had so far is getting some PS1 emulator, but I have yet to root it. Any other idea?
On the 16th there will be an Android event:

There's also a picture that hints at stuff:

So that's T-Mobile, Android, Beatles (?), Art.
It would be great to know if AT&T has any plans to introduce any new Androids within the next week.
That just screams fake.
it gets you to download some apps for the marketplace for points so I thought that they give you a portion of the cash that they get by making you get someone else's app, like getting a little bit of money by clicking on an add.
I also saw a screenshot of someone's paypal with $15 in it from them so I thought it was worth a shot

Malware is a growing problem for Android, both within the Android Market and without. But when it comes to free applications, it looks like users aren’t getting a lot of help. According to a security report from AVTest in Germany, nearly all the free anti-malware apps are almost completely useless, with many failing to detect even a single threat in a test environment. Their results after testing seven popular free apps are below – it looks like users are getting exactly what they pay for.

It's called Verzo Kinzo and the company promises good support and features on demand in software updates (although it's running froyo out of the box ).
It's not even close to a high end phone, but it has a very interesting default accessory (not counting the usual stuff like headphones, charger and a USB cable):
- quality leather case for your phone
- luxurious car charger from polished steel
- 8GB memory card
- Sygic offline maps of Europe for free.
- car phone holder.
phone specs: http://www.verzo.com/verzo-kinzo/verzo-specifications.aspx?lang=en-US
price is 419 EUR. (remember, that might be a high price for a mid range phone, but you also get all that accessory and unique design)
Personally I wouldn't buy it, but it looks cool.
edit: and the GUI seems really sexy.

Accessories are nothing for me, the phone is important aspect.Design is neat, specs. Meh.

Not soon enough, really.
Okay, just hit a yet another WTF moment with my phone: I got to my classes with 90% of battery, 2 hours later I pull out my HD2 out of my pocket, it's hot and there's only 20% of battery left.
So I decided to make a list of all the bullshit that happens to me:
Half of the time I get my phone it would somehow already be unlocked.
The music player doesn't have gapless playback
The music never starts when I press the headset button, I need to go to the player to turn it on.
Then somehow the phone manages to turn itself on again and navigate to some other song.
If I keep the music off for more than 30 seconds, I can't use the headset button to turn it on.
The battery is just shit.
All multitouch keyboards only made my typing worse, as for whatever reason when I put 2 fingers at the same time, it picks a random letter.
Multitouch is very choppy, playing many games is just impossible.
USB mode disconnects randomly.
Scrolling isn't smooth (I know this is a big complaint, but sometimes I just have my phone freeze while scrolling).
The browser reloads tabs completely at random.
Half of the apps from the Android market refuse to install from my desktop browser, even though they install from the market app.
I can kill my unlock screen by holding the back button.
I have to put my phone into airplane mode and back to get mobile data to work.
Sometimes if I record a video, the camera app will freeze, and I will not be able to use the camera until I reboot.
Google Talk video chat just doesn't work at all, and I can't even turn it off so people stop calling me.
Autosync of anything (mail, twitter, etc) may just turn itself off whenever it desires.
Sometimes when I get the call, the screen stays off, and when I press the power button to turn on the screen, it drops the call.
If I get a call while I'm using a headset, pressing the headset button won't pick up the call, but will start the music (or do nothing)
Incoming text messages have a timestamp of 4 hours ago from when they actually arrive, no matter what time zone I choose.
Now, I still love Android, and maybe half of these niggles are my phones problem (although most of these didn't happen when I used WP7 on this phone), but god damn, these are really starting to get on my nerves.
