As far as I know, no you can't.

Try putting GO SMS pro on your desktop and then moving it over the default SMS app.

Probably because it'd be confusing as fuck to know which is CWM flashable and which isn't. Tarballs are also used on the dev platform of choice (Linux) pretty often I believe.

If you have an HTC phone connect it to your computer and select Internet Pass-through, then select either Windows or Mac OS X.
