i still think quad-core phones are shit that wastes battery and gives you bragging rights
because seriously, you just don't need that much multithreaded performance in a phone
as of now, you wont need it, its really unnecessary
but who knows in the future?

well let's wait until they're necessary in the future
because I don't want to buy a quad-core phone now if nothing is going to use it, I'll be buying a new one after awhile anyway, I bought my Windows Phone because I needed something to suit my current needs and not my future needs.
It's a shame it takes ages to crack .zip passwords. Otherwise, we could be using a very functional ICS build right now. (SGS2 owners)
What are you talking about?
What are you talking about?
You are able to download the dev builds from here: http://aospsgs2.neo-utopia.eu/downloads/
Though, they are all locked with passwords etc.
jelly because my girlfriend got her Sensation XL tonight... finally rooting my Sensation now to make up for it :v:

Having a little problem with recovery... not asking me if I want to install the update...
Image CRC says recovery:0x64183140 if that helps at all...
Guys is it not possible to get any help with this? Would it be dangerous to carry on with the root?
I would post in the XDA thread but I can't as I don't have ten posts.

Scratch that. Trying out something that in theory could open it up in only a few minutes.

If I can get my hands on a tar viewer for Android, I can open this up in seconds.

Found one, testing testing.

?
Seems like my Android way to do it doesn't work. I'll try the Linux way then.

It's encrypted, only a brute force will work.
If the password is "Penis"... I don't know what to do..

'Password too short, please try again'
You suck it
"Password too long, can't compute".

Started from aaaaaaaa :suicide:
I guess I'll leave the brute force on for tonight then :v:

Though, the damn thing boots, but then reverts to boot loop of some kind. Downloading CWM flash atm.
Which file? Doesn't work for fmauneko_build_cwm

nothing a backup would fix?
It doesn't? Wow. I used it on the build6.odin file. I can't find it in their repo any more. Must've pulled it.
nothing a backup would fix?
I don't think there's CWM on this flash. Had to install speedmod kernel to enter CWM.
[editline]23.11.11[/editline]
Fetching password for fmauneko_build_cwm atm.
where the fuck is the galaxy s ii for verizon?

Are you doing it in any special way or just brute force? I'm on cP atm.

Alright.
People cracked some passwords for our zip.
Security enforced now.
Makes sense now.
Using a really fast brute force cracking software for Windows. (Yeah, who would've guessed that?)
[editline]23.11.11[/editline]
Security enforced? Huh.. lol... Still .zip2.0 encryption.
[editline]23.11.11[/editline]
Though, they could mean that .out file instead of the CWM. .out is a bit harder to crack since it's a unix executable.
I'll check it out
[editline]23rd November 2011[/editline]
It's just a build output file, nothing interesting.
why are they locking the zip files in the first place?
